shellofself. My grandfather died at the beginning of the month so I never got around to starting the new thread.
The last month has been very hectic but I'm back and ready to get back to losing. I'm aiming for a loss of 1-2 pounds per week and would like to be down at least 15 lbs by my vacation in October. That would put me at 180 lbs which is what I weighed when I graduated high school 17 years ago (holy crap! 17 years!! Where did the time go?). My mom just started Weight Watchers so hopefully we can motivate each other to stay on track.

I haven't been in the 180's since 2005. I've gotten very close a few times but always gave up and gained it back. Next stop: 170's. Haven't seen those since 1999 when I joined WW my sophomore year of HS.
