Hi Everyone!
I have been a yo-yo dieter for what feels like ever. As of March I was at my highest, and then it was time to really focus. Side note: clearly getting a tattoo on my wrist that literally says "focus" did not make me put the Taco Bell or Spicy Cheetos down.
Anywho, I started dieting on my own on March 20th and then a few weeks later I started the HCG diet. I'm officially -26 lbs

I started using their forums but there isn't much activity there and I'm really needing a place to distract me from crazy cravings. Crazy thing is, this diet literally removes physical hunger completely. But mentally / emotionally cravings are no joke!
I'm also not that familiar with this site and not sure if it's geared towards any specific diet or weight loss strategy, but I really hope I am welcome here
