Stealing this from @AllyG47 (who awesomely set up the monthly thread the last several months)

You are free to copy and paste the form below into your own post to keep track of your weigh-ins or you can make your own. You don't even have to weigh-in daily to post here. You can weigh in twice a week, once a week, every other week or just at the beginning and end of the month - whatever you feel comfortable with. I'm looking forward to seeing your big losses (or gains if that is what you are aiming for) as the month goes on.

Thanks for starting the June Weigh-In Thread, shellofself. My grandfather died at the beginning of the month so I never got around to starting the new thread.

The last month has been very hectic but I'm back and ready to get back to losing. I'm aiming for a loss of 1-2 pounds per week and would like to be down at least 15 lbs by my vacation in October. That would put me at 180 lbs which is what I weighed when I graduated high school 17 years ago (holy crap! 17 years!! Where did the time go?). My mom just started Weight Watchers so hopefully we can motivate each other to stay on track.

SW: 195.8 lbs
GW: 192.0 lbs (-3.8)

June

22. 195.8 lbs
23. 193.4 lbs (-2.4)

Total Weekly Loss: -3.4
Total June Loss: -3.4

24. 192.4 lbs (-1.0)
25. 191.0 lbs (-1.4)
26. 190.2 lbs (-0.8)
27. 190.2 lbs (0)
28. 189.4 lbs (-0.8) - Woohoo!! I've crossed the threshold! :cb: I haven't been in the 180's since 2005. I've gotten very close a few times but always gave up and gained it back. Next stop: 170's. Haven't seen those since 1999 when I joined WW my sophomore year of HS.
29. 190.0 lbs (+0.6)
30. 190.6 lbs (+0.6) - Not sure why I'm gaining. I've been sticking to my diet really well and going above and beyond my step goal each day. I'm very disappointed.

June 22: 195.8 lbs
July 1: 192.0 lbs
