LOVE that number, and I'll keep it, but I think it was a bunch of water weight from vacation. I started th c25k this week and have completed 2 days so far, today is a complete rest day for me on the exercise front. Have I mentioned that I love to exercise? I love feeling stronger and knowing that my body will burn more fat with more lean muscle.

Wow Great JOB last week, gals!! Together we lost 24.8 POUNDS! We went ahead and doubled our loss from last week - and during the 8 weeks of the challenge SO FAR we have lost the equivalent of an average sized man....186.9 POUNDS!!

Four weeks left to show yourself just what you're made of! I KNOW we can reach our goals together!
