LOVE that number, and I'll keep it, but I think it was a bunch of water weight from vacation. I started th c25k this week and have completed 2 days so far, today is a complete rest day for me on the exercise front. Have I mentioned that I love to exercise?
I love feeling stronger and knowing that my body will burn more fat with more lean muscle.
