After hitting a low of 166 this past week, I indulged way too much over the weeked, plus it's TOM, so my final number resulted in:

That old TOM is awful!

Mine is 155.0/-1.4/156.4

I was up to 158-157 just Fri and Sat. because of ovulating, but thank goodness it seems to have gone overnight!! Those cycles screw up with my head I'm glad it's down for the official weigh in!

....and up we go again. I had a crazy weekend so I think it is just water retention. I hope. I have been working out and eating 95% on plan so hopefully things will come together soon.

Amanda does this mean that we are 0 for this week or do we say 1.4 down. Pinkflower, I'm sorry if it means zero for us. I've got to do better. TOM is driving me batty. I'm so irregular and since I came on 7/31 I will surely come on again at the end of August. ughhh I was hoping I would be down today. I know you can't gain a pound in a day but I had a crazy eating day yesterday also. I saw you on the exercise thread but your picture changed I think and I got a little confused. I know there can only be one person named Pinkflower so I don't know what's going on with me right now. Guess I'm just a little bummed about my weight that doesn't want to move in the right direction. But next week will prayerfully be better Sorry about the rambling

I wasn't sure either about the weight.

Don't worry about it!! The only things we can control is what we choose to eat and exercise the majority of the time. It's hard not to get frustrated with the scale. You had a little off day, it's no biggie in the grand scheme of things, and I know you didn't gain a pound overnight. It's that darn TOM I hope you feel better

I changed my ticker just this morning. I'm eating more whole foods, so I figured seeing that ticker would remind me every day not to eat processed junk!

Pinkflower, I changed my ticker last week back up to 178 it was at 176. I however will not take it off 178. I will kick my own behind before I do that . I have stayed on point with my eating and I am exercising. Yesterday was just a really weird day with everything. I kept wanting to eat (unusual), I wore the Aspire toning shoes that DH bought me in June that I haven't worn since June (unusual). I stopped wearing them because my back would hurt like crazy later in the day and the next day after wearing them. One of my walking buddies said I just need to get use to them, but I can't seem to. They slow me down, my walk isn't as brisk so I don't like them. Amanda do you want us to move this conversation, Pinkflower let me know if I am getting on your nerves with my whining, TOM is really getting to me
