Ok so I wanna join in :] I'm 17 and i don't quite feel comfortable in some of those other forums. This'll be perfect.
I'm going for 1500 minutes.
So, so far I have:
Feb.1- 30 min. Elliptical, 20 min. Bike, 10 Min. Treadmill
Feb.2- 30 min. Elliptical, 20 min. Bike, 10 min. Treadmill
Feb.3- 15 min. Treadmill, 60 min. Bootcamp Class
Total So Far: Personal: 195/1500 Group:3816/6000
I've looked at everyone else's posts and you're all doing awesome! Keep up the good work!

Glad you found us nelli, its wonderful to have new people come and join us! I did 30 minutes bike and a 30 minute weight video, my abs hurt!!! I having been trying to relieve some minor back pain at the top of my spine, but nothing seems to rid of it. Ah well, its not hurting my exercise routine and thats the positive side!
I just wanted you all to know that I am here, but having trouble setting a personal goal for the month. I am so afraid of failure - I suck! I have only exercised for 35 minutes so far (that was on Sunday) but I promise to get my butt in gear tomorrow! So, that brings our group total to 3911, but I'm not sure about my personal goals yet - hope that's okay!
