Weekly Exercise Log 7/4-7/11

Hi, I decided to start the exercise thread, I know you ussually do it Papperclippy but I got off my butt and did my step tape, making me feel better and I wanted to get it logged in. Ihope you don't mind. Plus its the 4th of July and i figured most people are probably out and about....
anyway...
45 step tape, 20 minutes pilates, 20 minutes walking the dog.

this week I want to step my workouts up a bit I think I might add on a few extra minutues or something new.

Monday:
1 hr. 15 min. UPHILL hike

AmberM 07-05-2005 12:31 AM

Monday-30 minutes bike
30 minutes treadmill

I'm not really losing so I'm hoping to either beef up this exercise this week or lower my caloric intake. I think I'll have to do both following my over-eating 4th of July weekend. Mom has the kids so tomorrow is my 2 hour exercise day...hopefully I get off my rump and get moving! I'll keep everyone posted tomorrow night (i'm sure you're all on the edge of your seats...will she exercise or won't see *just kidding hehe*) I hope everyone has a great week!
