Wednesday-20 minute walk with kids (it's much faster with just my son riding his bike but my daugher is SO slow so it wasn't much of a work out)

1 hour and 20 minutes on the exercise bike (I did 2-30 minute programs and 1-20 minute program)

finally those sprint series have been working
first mile 10 minutes 2,3,4th all 11 minutes - but that still knocks about 5 minutes off my four mile time this summer - go me!!!

up and down bleacher chairs 8 times, kino knees, stepping up to benches and calve raises. oh and some crunches. yay! time to eat. yum

walking 30 minutes outside

tuesday
running 4 miles outside

wednesday
pilates 30 minutes in AM
running 2.25 miles outside, walking 2.75 miles in PM
