Yesterday:
30 minute power walk/jog in the morning. 40 minute power walk/jog in the evening. Today: 40 minutes and 20 minutes. |

45 jog/walk...I'm getting in more jogging and less walking!

Sunday-
HiLo class (ballys) 1 hr 45 minutes on the elliptical 30 minutes on the tredmil weight training 5 minutes on the bike |
Sunday: jogged for about 45 mins.
Monday: walked around for an hour or so Tuesday: short jog, about 20 mins? Wednesday: hiked for about 2 hours, a little bit uphill Friday: loooooooong jog, 1 hour 45 minutes. I was going slowly, but I still think it was about 5 miles. |
Sunday:
pilates dvd 30 min jogging outside 4 2/3 miles plus walking 1/2 mile |
