30 min stairmaster (LEVEL 10 INTERVALS PROG--I finally did it!!)
15 min recumbent bike

friday:
30 min lower body weights
30 min abs routine
30 min elliptical fat burn prog level 5

Yesterday:
30 minute power walk/jog in the morning.
40 minute power walk/jog in the evening.

Today:
40 minutes and 20 minutes.

July 7 - 30 min running/walking 2 min @4 mph/2 min @ 6mph
July 8 - 30 min eliptical trainer, 30 min. upper body and abs - my first session with a person trainer!!! ;)

Went to the gym and...
Elliptical for 45 minutes
Stair climber for 10 minutes
ab excersises (my core is too weak..that will be Aug's goal though

Tuesday - 1 hour on the elliptical, 5 minutes jogging
Thursday - 50 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes on the bike
Saturday - 50 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike

Sunday: jogged for about 45 mins.
Monday: walked around for an hour or so
Tuesday: short jog, about 20 mins?
Wednesday: hiked for about 2 hours, a little bit uphill
Friday: loooooooong jog, 1 hour 45 minutes. I was going slowly, but I still think it was about 5 miles.
