Well done everybody! We are all doing so well! Ahem, well I have just had a bad four days with my friend (think, 20 chicken nuggets and mcflurry bad). I am so scared of getting on the scales tomorrow but at least if I have gained weight it gives me motivation!
So tomorrow is my weekly weigh in and I'm recovering from Norovirus so I was down A LOT, but finally getting my fluids back in and feeling MUCH better today. Back on track with eating, now that I can eat so who knows where I will be tomorrow KMFX! How is everyone else this week?
2 weeks left and 3lbs to go!! woohoo
Lulubelly- WELCOME!!! Although since there are only 2 weeks left I wouldn't recommend trying to lose 10lbs in that short time span. But glad your in the game with us YAY
Still scale-less, but I feel like I'm probably up a little after last weekend. Probably still a net loss for the month, but I certainly don't think I made my 10. Good luck, everyone!
Well I am UP four pounds this month! So I think if I end up only having gained two pounds from where I started then I will be happy! So much for ten pounds lost :/ Can the morning after pill make you temporarily gain weight? I have shot up in weight ever since I took it.
LucyOlivia: Anything that messes with hormones has the potential to cause temporary changes in your weight...I think that's the reason that a lot of people have weird fluctuations around their TOM. Hang in there.
...curiosity is starting to get to me. I'll have to make a trip to the onsen to use their scale at some point this weekend. Is it bad for me to really want to know how much I missed by?
Also, I don't think you should beat yourself up if you haven't made this goal. It was a deliberately crazy goal with the aim that even if we didn't lose ten pounds, we would likely lose some weight (which is impressive in December).
You should all be proud of yourselves just for being part of this forum and taking that step towards losing weight. If this challenge didn't work out for you then at least you have learned something about what rate YOU have the potential to lose weight. We can only work with what we have. Keep going.
