I am definitely not looking forward to Mondays weigh-in. My worst enemy TOM is approaching so I'm pretty sure things won't go as planned. But I've been staying on track, even yesterday when I did't feel like working out. The only thing I like about TOM is when its gone I lose like 4 or 5lbs. But here is my breakdown anyway:
