Okay, I think I must have been carrying a ton of water when I hopped back into things, because I've had pretty big drops for 3 days in a row now...so tempted to amend my weigh-in from yesterday (Japanese time is 14 hours ahead of the time back at home).
My official weigh-in for the week was down 2 (my goal). It's only two days in to the next week, and I'm already down 1.8, so I just need to stay on track this week for a nice "bonus" to push me through.
oh wow! i didn't remember I was in this one! here is my weigh in, even though it's a little late.
11/30- 153
12/3- 150
12/10
12/17
12/22
12/29
i've been strict with myself again, which is good, but TOM comes on friday and I am really scared. I always stall during TOM and then get discouraged. The upside is that during TOM I usually have a decreased appetite.
Not sure why this is, weight is weird! I think water retention is insanely unpredictable! Keep going ladies, we can do this. Even if we all lose half a stone (7 pounds, sorry, I am English!) then that is great. But let's try and lose the max amount possible so we look extra pretty for New Year!
D: Broken scale is very broken...TIL that a can of hairspray falling from a shelf can apparently break the glass top on a scale and it's not in my budget to replace it until next month...weigh ins just got a whole lot harder...
Are there scales at the gym/do you have a good friend who has scales? Just stay on plan and as long as you do that you should be ok. Tell yourself you're scared of not knowing what weight you are and you can motivate yourself!
There's a crazy robot scale at the gym, but all of the menus are in Japanese and I don't know a lot of physiology or general gym vocabulary, so getting through them is pretty impossible. The staff tends to hide when they see me because they know that my Japanese is limited in gym-related things and are afraid of not being able to understand me. In any case, I'll have to try to figure it out by Monday. If not, I'll try the put-myself-in-a-panic-over-not-knowing-and-redouble-my-efforts thing.
11/25 -226.6
12/2 - 223.2
12/9 - 219.8
12/16 - 219.0
12/23 - 217.4
12/30 - 216.8 (I know I'm late with my tracker, but it felt so good to weigh in on the first day of the year and see that I almost made it to my ten pounds.)
Did not lose, did not gain. I pretty much maintained this week. But I am positively surprised, since I had a pizza night on Saturday and it usually takes me 2-3 days to shed all the water weight I gain from it. Let's see how I'll do next week.
