Good for you! I really can't feel safe saying I am out of the 160's until I see 155 or until I see 15* at least 2 weeks in a row. I have seen myself fluctuate up to 5lbs in one week both ways so it is so difficult to gauge. I am still sitting at 161-162lbs which I am not o.k with. Heading to the gym tonight to see if I can get that number to budge even a little bit.
I feel like I need to seriously jumpstart my weightloss efforts since I have been stalled at a 5lbs loss for so long.
i'm right there with you guys too!! I've been right around 161.4 for the past few days. I'm hoping for a nice drop soon maybe even tomorrow morning! I can't wait to get out of the 160s and then right on into a healthy bmi!

I did manage to make it to the gym, I know I didn't work as hard as I could have but I found it very crowded today and there were big muscle guys hogging machines, equipment and space which just drives me crazy. I am hoping everyone gives up on going to the gym soon. I hate this time of year at the gym simply because of the high enrollment and people who have no idea how to use the equipment and space in a conscientious way.
I also gave myself a big scare thinking my scale was messed up because I weighed myself at the gym using the big stand up scale like at the doctor's office. At first it looked like it was saying 178! but in fact the 150lbs counter weight wasn't moved over properly into it's little notch which messed up the amount. Turns out I am right where I thought I was at 162lbs. Here's hoping for a smaller number tomorrow!
I wish I went to the gym last night. I was just wiped. I have been going to the gym non stop for the past 3 weeks straight. Not one day of a break. So yeasterday I caved and stayed home. I also binged on pizza. Wonderful. Here is to staying in the 160's. Meh
I really need to find self control and not let that happen.
Well I know being stuck can be so frusterating, but I'm jealous of all you ladies working on the 160's. I am still mid 170's and cant wait till I'm working my way out of the 160's. Looks like soon I may be alone in this thread!
I weighed in at the gym yesterday. The scale read between 165 and 166 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting into the 150's also. Then I can treat myself to a reward . A new shirt, bowling, new pants, etc. Ahh, the little things in life.
