As for myself, I stayed within my eating plan AND scrubbed my kitchen and bathroom down, did some laundry, and made a huge grocery trip tonight. Which I followed with my 3 miles on the elliptical. My legs are still burning! I am also a scale addict and have managed to stay off of it for a few days now so I'm hoping it'll say what I want it to come weigh in time!
