Ok ladies so I stepped on the scale because I had been perfectly on track for 2 days now and went from the ugly 228 on sunday to 224.8 this morning YAY. Today has also been another OP day and as soon as the little guy falls asleep I'm going to get my workout on! I WILL have a good weigh in on Sunday

Thanks girl! I wasn't feeling the workout today...or all week so I didn't do it. ugh! I'm afraid to get on the scale. Sunday I'm sure it will be high and have gone up! Back on track though and starting fresh will be nice!

Im checking in! My goal is to go down at least one pant size. I can button pants in that pant size! Now to just be able to do it without them being tight and no love handles!

I'm worried that I won't reach my goal for this challenge It's nobody's fault but my own, though. Last week was my Spring Break, so I went entirely off plan and gained a pound. This week I got back on track with my eating, but slacked on my exercise. I still lost two pounds, which was a surprise, but I know I could have had a bigger one if I had stuck to my workouts. I don't know.. I'm just feeling a little down on myself

I hope all you ladies are having a fabulous week!! I haven't worked out since my 5k on saturday because I've been so sore, so I'm going to get some tae bo on in about 30 minutes!!
There is less then 3 weeks left and NO WAY I'm going to make my goal which saddens me a bit but not like I'm going to give up. I WILL GET THERE.
Plus I went back to work last night so that may help.

I'm determined to make my goal! I have a hand/wrist injury currently (long story) They say its a contusion but I still need more xrays in 7-10 days to make sure there isn't a fracture...which I think there is and the dr seemed to think so too. Light working out for me!

Leighish- DAMN YOU I mean YAY 3.5 lbs to go!!!

Princess- Eating is really key anyways, you can still do some good power walking for excercise!

As for myself it has been beautiful out with summer temps in the 80s for about a week and I have been ON TARGET!! Working out every day and doing some yardwork as well. I've also been a good girl with eating and am back to work so noooo relaxing for me
The scale isn't very nice to me but I've definitely lost some arm, back, stomach, leg fat lol...so eventually it has to catch up. I took measurements a little bit ago and will measure again on Easter to see exactly what my body is up to.
HAve a FAB THURSDAY LADIES!!!
