Bellasmommy924- Welcome!

I seem to be stuck! I am up almost a pound which is better than I thought after being out of town for the weekend and eating everything in site. I think I'm going to focus on maintaining for a few days/ work. With getting over being sick, grandma dying and finals it's probably best! If I lose then great but as long as I don't gain!

My mom is going out of town so it's going to be hard if she dies while she is gone because it's my step dads gma and it will be really really hard on him. I've had time to prepare myself (we have known for a few weeks) but he isn't prepared at all.

I'm late to the game but I'd like to hit my 10% loss by Easter. That's 7 lbs away so I feel that's a pretty achievable goal.

Princess ~ That's a rough place to be (both in weight and in life...) Sometimes just maintaining is a goal.

I'm stuck at 153.2 after a freak gain that just won't shift off. Am frustrated and just ate about 2500 cals and it's only 2:13PM. Am planning on going to a hot yoga class later in the day and staying on the straight and narrow for the rest of the night.

Drinking water and trying to hold ground.

My mom just came home and told me she passed I knew it would be hard but I'm so beside myself. I'm so broken up and sad. Ugh! This sucks!

Princess- I'm sooo sorry to hear that I remember when Grandpa passed almost a year and a half ago, he was sick but they didn't expect him to go that suddenly and he lived in Florida so I didn't get to see him, nor did they have a funeral. It was hard and I definitely didn't lose during that time period. Stay strong and mourn properly!!

Leighish- Lets get it girl

I got 40 minutes of Tae Bo in today. I did way better then expected. I didn't do most of the floor exercises because they hurt my incision. But proud that I did it, my kids thought it was fun to join in a little. lol.

I haven't weighed myself because I was a bad girl yesterday but I did just take measurements and put them into my fitday journal. UGh I shudder with what I have let these babies do to me. I will succeed!!!!

Sure!

I just got through dealing with some MAJOR stress in my life (I'm not sure it's ever been that bad before), but I'm just now coming out on the other side of it. Joy of joys, my weight didn't budge. Good that it didn't go up, bad it didn't go down. I'll take the no-gain and call it a win!

I'd like to be down 5 lbs by the day AFTER Easter. This, I think, might help with my accountability on Easter.

That sucks Princess! Hope your family are all ok!!

I am stuck at the moment at the same place.. It's not a bad place to be as it's still under my 80kg, but I'm getting a bit frustrated because I've been GOOD!!! So I just ate two peanut butter cookies cos I was cranky haha! I'm going to dancing tonight so hopefully that'll shift me DOWN!

Urgh. Had a serious derail last night, but am back up and on with a vengence. Am planning to go for a walk at lunchtime, as the weather out here is absolutely georgeous.

Going to make this quick since I'm on my phone but I just wanted to say I've been a good girl for 2 days now!! Ate on plan and got my 39 min on the elliptical tonight, also I've stayed off the scale since that awful 226 I saw at weigh in....blech!!

Alexistrophic - nope - I did the same thing! Ate biscuits, ice cream and fish and chips for tea! Feeling awfully guilty now though lol. Refusing to weigh myself and see what damage I've done til I'm back on track!!!
