I'm in. Looking forward to starting a new diet. My fiance and I are going to give Weight Watchers a try starting Jan 2 (traditional family New Years day dinner kills starting the first, lol). Hopefully this will help me stay on track and reach goals.
I'm not sure what my 25 week goal should be, my over all goal is to lose 50, but that seems too much too fast. What do you think?

It depends on you really, how much do you lose on average? I lose usually a lb a week, sometimes I can stall, sometimes I can lose 2-3 lbs a week. So I've just thought about losing 25 lbs since 1 lb a week is reasonable!
Hey everyone, just to let you know I cleared all the starting weights since this is the official starting week before the challenge so enter the weight you weigh in THIS WEEK and that's the starting weight. I'm hoping to be consistent with putting up weekly stats and I didn't want any unfair advantages in case people had (miraculously) been losing weight in the past 2 weeks.
I'm going to try and think of a points system also, give the top 10 losers points per week depending on their position to give this a bit more of a challenge atmosphere! I tried to do charts based on everyone weekly but it got a bit too hectic since there were so many people per week so it might be easier just to have an overall chart then a weekly top 10. I'm quite excited to get this going ladies, I hope you are too!

I've decided to take the days from 24dec-2jan off food wise. I do my workouts regurally but I dont care about food right now because it's holliday season and I LOVE to bake
but from the second on ... I really really really want to look good in my bikini next summer and wear dresses and so on so I'm definately taking that serious! most probbably I'll just cut out sweets (or have a cheat day evera 2 weeks?), because all in all i do eat well, but I'm a chocoholic (literally, because I feel like I'm out of control when I eat chocolate, like a trans or so) ad that's what keeps me away from my goal mostly.

I am heading to the gym tomorrow. I haven't been in six months. I didn't do well over the holidays but I shouldn't find New Year too difficult this year.
I was brought a slow cooker for christmas so I am hoping this will help with the food side of things.
I finally decided to join too! I hope to be at my goal before july so it would be so awesome to be able to wear a bikini this summer! The points system sounds awesome too! I'm excited!
