lingerie is good from the discount stores like burlington coat factory... I still fit the plus size in the chest area... just get it a few sizes large so it fits in the chest and pin the rest...

hi all I feel very positive today as I feel my body starting to release water from the holidays. Really frustrating thing was I was perfect with food over christmas but ruined it with a little too much drinking (drinks count )

I'm hoping to start my 1st weigh in this week with a loss

Riestrella: I love bravissimo's bras but boy are they steep. Debenhams sell some very comparable quality and fit bras and are often reduced in sale to quite resonable prices.

Jessica: Hiya, just noticed we have crazily similar stats (SW, GW and height) and wanted to say hi lol

It was BraStop.com. I had bought 4 amazing bras for about $75, shipping was free at the time.
I know what you mean, there have been times where I've seen some of the cutest items and just wish that I wasn't so well endowed.

146.6 today, yay!

Victorias Secret online is good for my 34DD or 36DD purchases, however the selection in store isn't as good.

How is everyone today?

jessica - Nope, we don't have those stores! I think UK does have JCPenny's, but not where I live.

supergirl - Isn't losing water weight amazing? Yeah, I go to Debenhams for bras, I got treated to Freya bras (£30+ each!) by Mother bear, I don't think she realised how expensive they were! Can't believe how much they charge for them, it's ridiculous, we shouldn't have to pay that much for support!

Sugar - Thanks, I'll have to have a look when I need bras!

crazy - Congrats on the loss!

I'm in! I backtracked a little at the end of the last challenge, but I'm going to pick myself up, dust myself off and jump in again.

I start a Biggest Loser program at the fitness centre in my town on Monday, January 9, and I am TERRIFIED! 10 weeks of 'what was I thinking?!?' coming my way, I am sure!

I've been so inexplicably hungry lately and I'm confused. I'll try upping my protein/fiber intake.. *wanders off*

If you share some more details on your eating plan, then maybe we can help! Perhaps you're not getting enough food in your day, perhaps you're not drinking enough water, or (I personally find) if I'm approaching my period/on my period I become an eating machine!

Probably a combination of dehydration and not enough fiber. I think I ate enough D:

I'm going for plant proteins and fruits for the remainder of the week until next weigh in, and see if it helps any. :x

My stupid ex sent me a text today. "Hey. I want to meet up with you and talk. When will you be back in town?". I'm currently on vacation with my family. What should I say? Should I not reply at all? WTF could he want to "talk" about??? He dumped me! It was 9 days ago, for reference, and I haven't contacted him at all. Help me.

I think you should talk with him. Even if things got bad at the end, At some point you were probably happy with him. Maybe talking with him will give you closure, or maybe he feels like he made the biggest mistake of his life. Or maybe he just wants his t.V back or something*shrug* i dont know

But i do know that if i were in your situation and never found out what he wanted, not knowin would bug me forever lol.

I agree with aware, MusicalAst - it would bug me forever if I didn't talk. Just don't get any ideas that he wants to get back together with you, if you get your hopes up then it turns out to be something negative then it would hurt you more. If he does come back saying he wants to get back together, then before you go and talk to him you reallllyyy need to sit down and think if you want to be in a relationship with him or not. Were things good between you? Were there major problems you never addressed? Do you still see a future with this man even though he dumped you out of no where? He needs to respect you no matter what happens, so don't roll on your back and take what he says without giving him a piece of your mind. Because if anything, this could be a chance for closure, so you need to be prepared to say what you want to say - in case it's the last thing you say. If he does want to get back with you then you need to lay down the law and say what needs to change.

When I broke up with my boyfriend I asked to talk to him, I wanted closure. I basically tore him a new one and told him he was a terrible boyfriend and he has serious issues he needs to get sorted. I didn't yell at him, I didn't get emotional, I was straight forward and honest because he didn't treat me right and he deserved to be told. I could tell he listened, because once I was done he asked me for help. Sometimes we do just want to sit down and talk about the relationship to get it off our chests - so again, be prepared for the worse.

I added this to the front page rules, but I wanted to post it here to remind some of you:
Finally, LEAVE THE COLUMNS ON THE RIGHT ALOONNNEEE. DON'T TOUCH THEM! AH AH! I SAID NO TOUCHING. YES, BACK AWAY. THANK YOU, PLEASE. You may thinking entering your own data manually is helping - it's not. I am your monkey slave for this challenge so let me take care of everything.

I've left notes on the rows where people have been bad pandas and ignoring this rule. For shaaammmeee! Please leave them be =).
