Dont be nervous ButterCup, you can do it! thats a 1.6 loss a week for you which is just a little less calories and a little more exercise and you will be there in no time!

I would love to join. I will admit, I don't know what my total goal should be? I just hit a plateau at 164, but today when I weighed in at gym with all of my clothes and shoes on I was 165, so finally I am losing! Anyways, with that being said, should I shoot for my final goal of 130's? Or Stick to only 20lbs? Help please

I'm in. I'm meeting up with some old friends for a vacation trip on September first - including this guy I sorta have a thing for. Originally my short term goal was 25 pounds by then. But 25 in 12 sounds good, if slightly more daunting.

Maybe you can shoot for 20lbs and anything extra will be a pleasant surprise!

I would say don't worry so much about the Goal. Take it week by week, do the best you can and try to post a loss every week. Then see what happens.

I will join in to. I will put my goal after tomorrow WI ...It is going to be a 10% for my starting weight, i am guessing around 13 to 14 pounds.
I realy need to do this ... For me just for me.
