I would love to join. I will admit, I don't know what my total goal should be? I just hit a plateau at 164, but today when I weighed in at gym with all of my clothes and shoes on I was 165, so finally I am losing! Anyways, with that being said, should I shoot for my final goal of 130's? Or Stick to only 20lbs? Help please
I'm in. I'm meeting up with some old friends for a vacation trip on September first - including this guy I sorta have a thing for. Originally my short term goal was 25 pounds by then. But 25 in 12 sounds good, if slightly more daunting.

I would say don't worry so much about the Goal. Take it week by week, do the best you can and try to post a loss every week. Then see what happens.
I will join in to. I will put my goal after tomorrow WI ...It is going to be a 10% for my starting weight, i am guessing around 13 to 14 pounds.
