:( I'm back, only to realize that over the course of this month, I have gained about five pounds. My sister's wedding festitivies truly did me in.

Now, I am pretty much back where I started when I started this thing, and that's a horrible feeling, like no progress has even been made. I was even getting down to 152.

I am glad that I weighed myself today, sometimes it's the only thing that will wake me up out of these eating frenzies.

Now that I am back, I have a ten day goal:

SW: 159
GW: 157

My goal is to weigh 157 by the end of the month.

I learned today that old habits die hard, real hard.

Welcome back librarygirl! I'm so proud of you! I've been where you are at, so I can completely empathize. You CAN do this! Try not to get too discouraged, the important thing is that you are back. At least you don't weigh more than when you started ;)

At first it was fun, but now the healthy food I've come to love just tastes nasty to me. Even the junk I'm eating tastes less and less good. But I know why I'm doing this and I'm not going to let it turn into months of binging like I have in the past. I will keep weighing in and I will keep posting it. Not doing so will just be ignoring the problem and letting it continue.
