April Exercise Challenge!!
 
I didn't see anyone post it..so I decided I would..

I'm hoping to pull out 25/30 days considering I started a job!

04/01/11: EA Sports (33 minutes)

I'm gonna try for 20 of 30 days this month. Not done this challenge before but I want to exercise more this month.

1st - 2.5hrs walking
2nd - 1hr walking
4th - 1hr on wii

I need to do the challenge this month. My goal is 20 workouts. And I really want to focus on strength training more.

4/2 - 5k run, 100 pushups challenge test, 200 squats challenge test (1)

4/2: Planks (2 min); walking (60 min, low intensity... ie: shopping)
