Starting Weight (2/3/11): 236 lbs
Current Weight (3/2/11): 224 lbs
Goal Weight (5/1/11): 195lbs
I had to weigh in a day early because I'm not going to be home tomorrow and I'd rather not use another scale since it could be way off. I doubt 1 day is going to make a huge difference either way, so I'm sure it's fine. 3 lbs in a week is great, but I need to step it up a bit if I'm going to make my goal. Although at this rate I'll be within 5 lbs of my goal, which is still pretty awesome.
Anyway, keep up the good work everyone. Remember, if you don't make your goal by May 1st, you're still going to be a lot stronger and healthier than you are right now!
