hows everyone doing??
I'm on day 3 and am happy to report I've avoided dessert last night. Usually I let myself have something sweet at the end of the day, but figured the easiest way to get started on making some changes would be to allow myself a lil' more moderation with that.
Do have to admit.. I was grumpy for a lil' bit, but feel really happy with myself today!
Looks like I'll be headed out to the gym today, it'll be my 3rd day (woo-hoo!)
I'm already getting a little bored with it, so mayybe later I'll try to find some good music to listen to while I do my cardio.
What workout do youu have planned for today??
