  • i'm so in for this one! I actually have a goal of being comfortable in a swim suit by may 5th. so I'll set my goal for may 1st to be 190. I'm currently 222.5 so that's 32.5 pounds....

    Mary- I'm starting P90x too! I think my tapes should arrive in the mail today! hoping to start during my son's after noon nap today!

    Just weighed myself for the first time in well over a year.. stoked to do this.. My goal is a 25 pound loss by May 1st.

  • i love it! my goal is to be 150 by may 1st so that is a little less than 40 pounds but honestly i would be happy to be anywhere in the 140's at that point! like 149 or 148 lol becuase my ultimate goal is 117 by the end of august!

    I am going on a Cruise May 1 and this is exactly what I need!!! The girls I am going with are both slim so I dont want to look like the whale in the pictures

    Feb 1 Weight: 254.6
    Goal Weight: 220 or less!! So 34.6+ lbs!!!

    I am already down to 253.0 today, so lets hope this trend keeps up!!

    I'm on day 3 and am happy to report I've avoided dessert last night. Usually I let myself have something sweet at the end of the day, but figured the easiest way to get started on making some changes would be to allow myself a lil' more moderation with that.

    Do have to admit.. I was grumpy for a lil' bit, but feel really happy with myself today!

    Looks like I'll be headed out to the gym today, it'll be my 3rd day (woo-hoo!)
    I'm already getting a little bored with it, so mayybe later I'll try to find some good music to listen to while I do my cardio.

    What workout do youu have planned for today??

    Treadmill and walking my doggie is on my agenda

    I'm doing pretty good, despite being bogged down with this cold. Bleugh. But I've stuck to eating healthy and going to the gym every day. Looking forward to my weigh in on Saturday morning. I hope all this hard work pays off! I also bought a tape measure today and took my measurements for the first time ever. I'm excited to not only keep track of pounds lost but also inches.

    Good for you for avoiding dessert. If you do want something sweet later, you can always try a piece of 85% dark chocolate, dessert-flavored fat-free yogurt, or sugar-free chocolate pudding. This usually helps my sweet cravings.

    I hope you enjoyed yourself at the gym. The gym routine can get boring, so switching up your music choices helps a lot!
