I started my diet and exercise journey on Monday Jan 24th & as of Sunday Jan 30th I lost 7lbs which I was extremely happy about!

So I counted all the days and their are exactly 90 days till May 1st. I know I can lose 50lbs by then if I really go hard and push myself and don't ever stop!
If anyone wants to do the challenge with me we can motivate eachother and bring in the summer looking hotter then ever!
