  • Today is Feb 1st 2011 and I am giving myself a 90 day challenge to lose 50lbs by May 1st 2011.

    I started my diet and exercise journey on Monday Jan 24th & as of Sunday Jan 30th I lost 7lbs which I was extremely happy about!

    So I counted all the days and their are exactly 90 days till May 1st. I know I can lose 50lbs by then if I really go hard and push myself and don't ever stop!

    If anyone wants to do the challenge with me we can motivate eachother and bring in the summer looking hotter then ever!

  • My boyfriend and his friend are having a weight loss challenge - who can lose more weight by June 1st. I'll join you in making May 1st my deadline. I'll say 30 pounds. I probably won't get there - but hey, it's something to strive towards, right?

    GW: 135 (May 1st) - This is my ultimate goal weight and I was already trying to hit it by May 1st because that would mean I got to my goal weight in 8 months! Here's to all of us reaching our goals!

    So, 33lbs in 3months for an average of 11lbs lost a month. =)

  • I just started P90x which is a 90 day program so I'll join in too

    I'm happy with any loss, but I'll set mine for 25lbs. I tend to lose really slowly, so I'm hoping that p90x will either shake up my metabolism or help me out with inches lost and to bust plateaus!

    Jessica - That is my BIGGEST motivation, looking good in vaca photos! LOL I hope to look back at last years pictures and look EXTREMELY different. Not have to edit any or throw out what would be perfectly fine pictures if my gut wasn't in them and my 3 chins =) You will totally hit your goal!

    Nnn goal-wise I'll take whatever below 172 lbs/ my next mini goal.
  • I am WAY frustrated by the scale lately, so I would like to make a goal to stick with my plan. I don't want this temporary frustration be an excuse for me to quit!

    So my goal is to continue to stay within my calorie counts until May 1st.

    Go ahead and state my starting weight: 179. And, if I had to choose a goal for May 1st, I would say 165.
