1 - 1/3 55 min treadmill and 10 min elliptical
2 - 1/4 50 min run/walk and 15 min elliptical
3 - 1/5 10 min stairmaster and 35 min run
4 - 1/6 50 min run
5 - 1/9 15 min strength tr., 35 min run, 10 min crosstrainer

I think I will join as well. I haven't started off well this month but this gives me a reason to stay on track. Since we are already a week into January I think I will aim for 10/31.
