My goal is to accumulate 7,000 points towards my goal of 40,000 points by 6/1 in the Presidential Fitness Challenge.
January 9th - 1,422 points accumulated January 16th - 2,170 points accumulated (missed some workouts traveling this weekend - going to have to pick up the pace!) January 23rd - 3,760 points accumulated January 30th - 4,461 points accumulated Okay, so not 7,000, but all things considered, I'm pretty happy with this. I wound up traveling unexpectedly mid-way through January, and I've spent most of the past week sick. Definitely going to pick things up in February! |
I'm planning to work my tail off during the month of january. Starting to train for another half marathon on April 10th!! (and 10 k on Feb 5th!!!) Here we go: (green = completed!)

EXACTLY what I need! I don't go back to school til the end of the month, so I have no excuse not to... My goal is going to be 25/31, that gives me 6 lazy days, which should be plenty
1: rest (definitely too hungover to move around) 2: Turbo Jam Fat Blaster 3: Shape Bikini Workout 4: 30 minute ballet barre (kind of a wimpy workout, but I'm trying to remember that it's much better than nothing!) 11: whoops, forgot that I was attempting to log workouts here. I've been doing ballet every day and am definitely feeling it! I've finally started to learn that the best exercise is one you enjoy, and I don't even feel like it's work. 16: still doing daily ballet, and now adding some crunches, planks, etc. 20: same, added some kettleball exercises on top of that |

I wasn't able to participate in last month's challenge because I was on a "no exercise" order from a doc. So I'm definitely in this month.

My goal is 16/31 which isn't very much but I just started and I don't want to set myself up for failure since I know getting in the habit of exercising will take some time. I am planning on waiting until Jan 4 when I am back at school and can use the school gym
