Wooo hooo 6 days! Granted not perfect days, but six days of counting all the calories I have consumed and logging into 3fc. Today was excellent. Ate super well and had a kickass workout at the gym. I have been wieghing everyday and my weekend of 2000+ calories two days in a row showed up on the scale. Now two days hitting a little under the calories and under my belt. Hopefully I can be back to what I was before my derailing on the eating plan. After this 30 days I am definately going to start a 30 days challenge to stay within my calories. I have been thinking and I think I'll start zig zagging my calories. But I wont start that until after this 30 days of just focusing on "trying" to stay in calorie goal, and commited to recording everything. Its sad but I dont know if I have ever gone 6 days where I never ate anything I didnt write down and tally. I used to just quit counting when I went way over. But this weekend proved I can face the hard truth and live with staring that awful overeat kinda number in the face. Yay! Anyways sorry for the long post about pretty much nothing but ramblings
