Hi all. Well January started off with a bang. Or rather a crash? I don't want to come in making excuses for myself but I actually have a pretty damn good one :/. My company holiday party was new years day. I went snowshoeing that morning and then on to the party that night. Well I planned on having a few drinks so I really watched the food intake for the day but in retrospect should have accounted for the extra exertion from snowshoeing and eaten a bit more. Well my few planned drinks resulted in seriously toastedness. DH and I take our cab home and as my exhausted wasted self is trying to get out of her skirt and into bed I fall and hit my head on the nightstand. Cracked my head open and sprained my neck.
A few days later nerves in mu neck apparently get all pinched. So I was put on muscle relaxers. Good news? Well I am weeeeell rested. Those pills put me out something fierce. And though I have not been logging in I actually have eaten pretty well. But had zero exercise. And so today I'm back to my accountability challenge and re-starting 30 days

. Same goals. Here's to making it happen this time around.
