What is everyone elses time frame ideas?

So officially (because one day I hope to look back at this post and say "look I did it!!") I'm sitting here at 257.2 today.

I'm giving myself about 14 months, due to the pregnancy roxmysox. My doctor suggested I go on the South Beach Diet, but skip phase one, so I've read the book and signed up for the internet site and I'm going to start it tomorrow. I gained 90lbs over the past 2 1/2 years w/my other two pregnancies, and I do not want to do the same thing again. What is everyone's plan for losing weight? I'm doing South Beach Diet and I walk (very slowly) on the treadmill, 2.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 miles in the evening. I walk very slowly, about 2.2-2.5 mph because I find I become very clumsy throughout pregnancy I hope everyone has a wonderful memorial day! Take it one day at a time and we will make it to onederland together ladies!!!! Best wishes!!!!

Hellllo Ladies:hope y'all doing good.....im doing good...liking my job so far but its only been 3 weeks so wish me luck!! I've been very lazy to workout lately which will come to a complete stop right now since im gonna at least walk 30 minutes on my incline treadmill and maybe a beginner tae-bo tape....since i see that 2marrow is the first of the month.how about we have our first "official" 280'S LADIES weigh in to **$~OnderLand~$**!! We'll start with June mini-goals....everyone at their own pace....we'll break it down to a mini-goal every 10 days...lets set up some realistic goals and commit to maybe at least 15-30 minutes of movement every day(walking, dancing, gardening, shopping (hey it counts lol),housework etc...)so how does that sound?first mini goal 6/1-6/10 my bday yay! Ugh tho i cheated a bit yesterday since my mom was in town for the day we went to red lobster for our birthday dinner (we have bdays like a week and half apart) since she'll be in california working this year but the food was delicious i only ate half and used the rest for my lunch today..it was yummy but time to go back on track lets do it ladies..its now or never!

Rox:we def have similar goals i really want to be in **$~OnderLand~$** by winter.......

Glen:my half sister's about 2 1/2 and she says the cutest things also...i guess there at that adorable age lol

Mutable:welcome together we can all do it one little step at a time...how was the bbq?i didn't get to attend any cause i worked all day both sat & monday.boo i know lol

Sameen:i know there wasnt many 20's profiles but there is now so how was you weekend?

Phoenix:275 is pretty close even if it wasn't all weights are welcome here did you end up getting relaxing time at home? and your name totally rocked it lol....

Vlada: it really does make it easier to admit our weight once a considerable amount is lost...i hated admitting my weight until i lost 15 pounds and my friends and family started noticing it.

Skittlez: yup were all very similar in our goals which should make it totally easy to relate to each other i hope.....

I'm so glad everyone likes the name Lets do this, 280s Ladies!

If I follow what you said danitzastars, we are gonna make 10 day goals to be active in some way at our own pace.. correct? Starting with a weigh in for today ? In that case..

Today I was 246.6..which is relieving because I really went off track a couple weeks ago and saw 250 again for the first time in over a month, I got really down, but seems like things are doing better now.

For my June 1st minutes I am hoping to do some work out in my brothers camper. He bought it cheap and it was falling apart so it needs some major repair and cleaning work done.

danitzastars: I don't think that was such a bad thing to do..it was for you b-day, Id say it was acceptable. I have read about a lot of people who do planned off days for such occasions. So long as you get back on track I think it's totally acceptable. Also, the weekend ended up being a little different than I expected. My friend was over for a good portion of it. We had a bonfire an I only had one hotdog and some marshmallows, I was proud of myself considering in the past I would of eaten a LOT more. It wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped because the one neighbor decided to host a memorial day party, and we don't get along with them. Doh well What can you do..

Where did everyone go? Did I miss something?

Today I didn't work in the camper because my dad was doing some work on the floor so it wasn't an option to be in there. So instead I spent the entire afternoon clearing out and trimming the landscaping garden thingy in the front of our house. I would say that was a considerable amount of activity haha. Let's see..tomorrow will be a pretty busy day, not sure what I will do for a goal activity. I have a meeting in the morning, then class till around noon, then in the afternoon I will be with my mom and my sister. hmmm..

Phoenix - 246 is great!! Keep up the good work! You will be in onederland before you know it!!

Ok, my weigh in is 274.1 lbs. for today. I think my mini 10 day goals are going to be drinking 64oz of water each day AND removing white starches *bread, potatoes etc...* from my diet. How does that sound everyone?

This week will be a busy one for me, summer school starts tomorrow and my DH has his first college class ever Thursday! A few dr's appt and planning vacation, so I may only get on once in the am and once in the pm, but I'll check in every day! Keep up the good work 280s Ladies!!! Have a great night!!!

I weighed in 3lbs higher than Sunday, but I was really horrible at the BBQ with alcohol and chips! Now I'm sick and of course haven't been eating well. I am hoping to drink a lot of water and be better and at least maintain last weeks loss. We'll see! Hope everyone is doing well!

well my activity for today was kind of a bust, but I wasn't exactly sedentary, i just was going all over the place in the car then getting out for a bit..and I did a few things for myself today too I did a short 'aqua massage" at our college today (they have free massages before finals every quarter) and my legs have been really sore since working in the garden two days..so the massage was quite nice. Then if anyone saw IndiaBound's thread on shopping for clothes that you cant fit in as motivation, I had posted that I saw a shirt last week I liked and passed it up..well today I went and got it when I was out with my mom and sister. My downfall was def. supper time. Screwed up there. We had a planned pizza and movie night for Astronomy Club at the college.. I had a light super before (1 hot dog, apple salad, no salt added tortilla chips and salsa..could of been worse) but then I went and ate 3 pieces of pizza, a small handful of potato chips and part of a chocolate cupcake muffin thingy at the meeting. I thought I would have more self control but..i guess tomorrows another day

danitzastars: I only wish that classes like that existed out where I live. I live in the country so a lot of my exercise comprises of working outside since "driving into town" as we say, to the Y is at least 20 mins. Thats not too far but I have never been a fan of exercising in a public place unless it is like a park or something more relaxed. And lets just say my mom is not that kinda person to go to classes either lol

Hey Girlies.....hope all is way on our way to **$~OnderLand~$**....remember one small step at a time...*gosh* im started to sound like a broken record lol anyways today was okay ive been trying to up my calorie count to at least 1200 or 1300 cause apparently other than on my cheat "bday" dinner i was basiclly consuming about 1000 or sometimes less calories ...i finally got around to adding them up on my weekly chart..(i write every little thing that goes into my rosey pudgey lil mouth)......and i was surprised def cant keep that up forever since im scared of hitting a plateau in my loss.....so ive been adding a little more whole wheat pasta and lots & lots of grill or steamed chicken.....my boyfriend has been cooking them for me which rocks........so instead of usual ham/cheese/tomato sandwich (which del but getting old) and baby spinach salad...i got pasta with garlic and grill veggies yummy...i split in two with my neighbor/"sister"/gay husband/bestie/coworker lol oh yeah and my spinach baby salad....but ive been cheating a little i only walked for 40 mins and no kicking it with billy blanks.... ugh and apparently i gained a pound i think well idk cause i weighed myself in the morning at 257.4 then i did it again right now after dinner and it was 258.6 ugh frustrating not to mention that i suspect that my brother's scum bag of a brother stole my diamond studs my mom got me for my 18th bday since he was the only monster that was home with my hubby today..... (his a tweeker and has a history of trying to steal from family) i lost it today he had some stuff stored in my garage which he claimed to pick up but he still left like 3 or 4 boxes of junk....ummm yeah i burnt like two of those boxes today...ugh i was lucky though cause right when my crazy butt was gonna torch the last one my boyfriend yanked it out my hand and showed me a big box of bullets!!!!(scary i know....)so instead i dumped the bullets and remaining stuff into my trash can and two of my neighbors trash cans....ugh i know i sound crazy but im not i swear...im usually the pushover little fat girl everyone takes advantage of but idk something inside of me just snapped......i just remember how many loooong hours my mom had to work before my bday that year to surprise me with them.....i thought she was just covering her coworkers shift....ugh i hate him soooo much and my nitwit boyfriend is kinda caught in the middle...oh well sorry its cause i really have no one to talk about this anymore...and i just dont wanna call my mom and worry her since shes so far away working... anyways going back to topic i was just exhausted from work/going mental....i didnt do any excercise but some wall pushups at work(random right?) and some situps right now......im going to bed like phoenix said tommrows another day...wish me luck....

phx:yeah taking excercise classes can def be unfavorable but i guess it depends on the class/instru etc....cause i wont step foot inside the stripper classes next door from the zumba ones i used to take with my cousin...um def not thin with mega boobs lol but zumba was fun cause i like dancing and alot of diffrent sized girls and boys where there.....and dont worry about your splurge day as long as you stay on track and sometimes i feel its better to treat yourself in a small way instead of just giving up all together or binging.mmm like if im craving a burger and fries or when i plain just woke up late & didnt pack lunch i go to mickey d's which right next to my job...and get a happy meal with milk instead of soda and fries if im feeling real bad or apple dippers instead and it feels me up especially with the fruit & walnut salad or parfait usually f & w salad....yummmm not the best calorie wise but hey its mc d's so i dont except much jeje....well tommrow well start over promise ....

Kelly:feel better girlie...dieting and being sick sucks!!i hated being all drowsy and drugged up when i had my wisdom teeth pulled a couple weeks ago ugh....hoping you get better

okay sorry about all the typos im just posting quickly and hate spell check jeje we can all do this....ttyl

*keep you all in my prayers*i believe in god not the church!*

Hello ladies! I know I'm late, but I'd like to join. Seems like we all have similar goals.
I started at 256 and 06-01-2010 I weighed in at 240. Yay! I was terrible this last weekend, but I'm back on track now. I did my first Spin class yesterday at my gym. I think my butt is going to fall off, but I it was an awesome workout!
I would say my goals for this 10 days is to get my balance of protien and carbs figured out. I also want to try for 2 or 3 Spin classes a week.

GO 280 Ladies!!!
