My goal for the next 4 weeks is to workout 4 times a week for thirty minutes. I'm thinking of it as 8 hours of workouts over the course of a month. Surely I can devote an 8 hour workday once a month to my health and fitness!
wow, wish i had seen this challenge when it was posted lol. Though i have worked out 14 times sense april 19th. Though i actually started April 25th and have done about 45 minutes of cardio every day sense. I'm about to go get on my bike now. Also have had weight training thrown in their sporadically, but im going to be making it more of a habit starting this week. Is there going to be another challenge like this, i would love to join?
Well ladies, yesterday wrapped up the challenge. I am sad to say, as the starter of this thread, I only completed 9 of the 15 I was working towards. Now, in my defense, I was sick for a week (and am still trying to kick this crud)....
I'm so proud of all of you - even if you didn't complete the challenge I hope this motivated you work out more than you may have had you not joined in.
