just realized it was a daily update.
1. treadmill/elliptical/stairmaster - 20min each 2. circuit training - 55 min 3. strength training with interval speed work in between - 1.5 hour 4. 4 mile run I think that catches me up to today |
Just went for a 30 minute walk around my area, which has lots of hills.
3000 steps that took! |
5/15 - Spinning for 45 minutes.

60 min - sports conditioning class (mma style) 30 min - elliptical |

added a run, Chalean workout, and just did a "walk for the planet" 2 mile walk. I have to do another Chalean tonight so ill be at 7!! |

I didn't post this Saturday because as soon as I got home from the gym I had to run out the door but Saturday morning I did 30min on the treadmill and then 20 min on the bike |
6/15 - Hiked for 3.5 hours on Sunday

Walked for three hours on Saturday. I originally planned to focus on gym workouts only, but I'm cutting myself a break because I still haven't decided if I want to renew my gym membership for the summer or whether I should get creative with it.
Any workout goes! 2/9 Thinking of breaking out the old school tae bo tonight, haha. |
