I finished my second 60+ minute workout of the week- running followed by pilates. It was actually a great combination. It's too bad that I know I'd get bored of it if I tried to tack on pilates every time I run. Two down, one to go, plus another three short workouts. Piece of cake. :P

I'm in. I'm gonna shoot for 30-45 min 3 times a week, so 9 times in the next three weeks!

I'm in! I'm going to aim for 3 intense gym workouts a week for a total of 9. I'm always over-optimistic with goal setting, so I'm trying to be realistic. Just getting back to the gym after months, so this challenge is perfect --thanks Feral!

I started yesterday! So far: 1/9 gym workouts (30 minutes fast walking and 30 minutes on the elliptical machine)

I think I might go again tonight.

1/15 done!!!! It felt great to be able to last 65 minutes on the elliptical again!!! It's been awhile due to my foot :)

1/9 done!! I did 30 minutes of pilates and walked 2 miles in 30 minutes. On the right track!!! :)

1/15 Done :)

60 minutes on the stairmaster, then about 20 minutes of crunches, lunges and push ups. (and pain)

I did 30 min on the Arc Trainer (cross between elliptical/stair master)
20 min on bike
11 min on elliptical (rounded it out to an even 100 calories burnt)

3 walks down out of 21! Yay!
