Awesome idea! I'm in for 12 workouts (4 times a week) because I'm just starting out and I know I'll never stick to more than that at the beginning.

easing back into things. haven't been feeling well physically lately, achy, creaky, sprained, drained, sore...its the weight, which makes me sad... will ease in. I'll commit to walking around the block every morning for 3 weeks. its not really a workout but will hopefully build a 6:30am walking habit, then jogging, then running.

So, 21 times around the block for me starting in the morning.

I totally need a challenge for some accountability, so I'm in! I'm going to play it safe since I'm going on vacation and aim for 12 workouts of 30-60 mins by May 10.

oooook, did my first workout. was a lot more than just around the block! ended up being a 30 minute walk, half uphill. YAY!

p/s: the whole neighborhood smelled like syrup and blueberry waffles...mmmm....!

Totally in. I had a hard time getting myself on that treadmill this past week. Hopefully this will keep me accountable. I'm in for 15 times in 3 weeks.

Day 2 DONE! Great challenge feral!

Did I mention I did an extra 1 hr hike after my walk yesterday. GOod times!

I've decided to try to extend this for a year. Just a walk, just around the block, nothing super intense. Its about commitment for me at this point.

I'll be uploaded a picture taken on every walk. Day one and day 2 are here (hope you can use this link)
