Today I did 30 minutes of yoga booty ballet (this one was mostly cardio and a lil stretching/ballet), and 10 minutes of pilates. |

Help, I'm Lazy.
I didn't get to do a full workout last night, but I did go for a 30 minute walk. Not counting it, but at least it's something.
I joined this challenge because I really strugle with getting active. I've never been active, nor have I ever enjoyed being active. I plan to workout all day, but then when I get home I barter with myself and "get out of it." Repeat ad nauseam, until I eventually stop even planning on it. If anyone has any tips on helping me follow through on something I don't enjoy, despite how much I know it will help, I'd really appreciate it. This seems like a very active bunch! P.S. - Everyone always says to try and find something I like. I've never been able to find anything. I just don't enjoy regular exercise - but it needs to get done! 1/9 |
