I have been eating low carb for the past 4 days, its just something different that I thought I would try for a while. I was only planning on eating low carb for about a week but if I lose weight at the rate I did today then I might keep going low carb until I hit the 160's. I really want to be in the 160's before the month ends...but I'm not sure if I'll make it...thats 3 lbs in 8 days! I have never lost that much in so little of time. ; / But maybe Ill have a miracle.
as for the memorial day challenge, I'm def. going at a good rate...I'm pretty sure I'll make my goal--may even pass it by a pound or two, and thats perfectly ok with me! SW:180 CW:172 GW:164 |

missyRxOx maybe you could try changing around your exercise? That's what I'm doing at the moment and now the scale is moving again. Before I was doing pretty much only elliptical and then weights, now I've started doing aerobics as well :)

OMG finally!
I've been fighting my body to get out of 204's since the 19th and this morning I get on the scale and it reads 203.2-203.4...after about 5 times of stepping on and off the scale to make sure, no 204's popped up! Hi ladies! I hope you're all doing well, it looks like most of you are! I haven't been around much and my weight really shows it unfortunately. I was wanting to be at least 155 by now, but I'm starting an exercise routine tomorrow and I'm really going to buckle down in these last 4 weeks. I'm not sure if I can meet my goal but I'm going to try my hardest- I really want to see those 140's!
I saw 156 briefly last week but I know I will again soon so I refuse to change my ticker! ;) SW: 161.5 CW: 158.5 GW: 149.5 Progress: 3 lbs lost, 9 lbs to go. I've not been eating great the last couple days so I'm hoping this is mostly water and I can get to 155-156 by next WI. I gotta work really hard. We can do this!! |

Well, I have surpassed my goal! I didn't think these last pounds would come off as easily :) I'm headed for maintenance range, but I'm not sure if I can pull off the last 2lbs by Memorial Day, so I'll save that goal for the next challenge, hehe. I'll just be happy that I succeeded in this one!

CW: 184 GW: 175 -- alright, so day 1 of being officially back on track went very well! didn't eat anything else i hadn't calculated! then day 2, i ate well until dinner time.. it was my cousin's birthday, BUT i only ate half of my baked potatoe, and ate all my salad, protein and veggies. then later, i had a slice of bon ton cake (my faveeee!) and honestly, i lost 2lbs after that. but today i'm back on track again! only 9 more pounds to go! i dont know if i'll make it for may 31, BUT this is more my goal for june 16.. when i leave for greece :) |

CW: 186.5 GW: 175 -- a little upset about this 'gain'. back on track with calorie counting, and i'm going to do my 30 Day Shred (level 1 & 2 intervals) along with a bit of pilates thrown in (not including my daily walking) and hoping to be back down to 184 by this Wednesday. I think it's because I don't have enough fibre lately, so i've started adding more of that to my diet. wish me luck girls! |

CW: 185 GW: 175 -- yesterday (Official Weigh-In) i was 184, but today i seem to be 185.. it could be because I had a small cause of an upset stomach/food poisoning? yesterday.. and i should have drank more water than I did.. so I think it's just water weight i put on... hoping to be under 184 tomorrow or Saturday.. and i'm not sure if i'll make 175 by the end of may, but i sure hope to see it by june 16 when i leave!! |
