Hi Everyone! I'm excited to join you =]
I'm not sure of my current weight (somewhere around 200lbs), but since this is a 10 week challenge, I'll aim for a weighloss goal of 15 pounds. We can do this! |

Joining!! Ug last year, i was all upset Memorial day weekend cuz i had recently gained weight, and was back over 165... now:
CW: 216 Memorial GW: under 200 I know it's a HUGE goal, but I'm at my biggest ever, and hoping this initial weight drop will be big enough to pull it off. I just feel so pathetic praying to get down under 200 by then when i was 160 this time last year... but, there's nothing I can do to change that now, so i just need to focus on the goals ahead and not the past... |

I've lost about a pound and a half already, but stupid TOM is here. I hope it doesn't make me go back up :mad:. I'm soooo hoping for another 13lbs by Memorial Day. If I can take a 4 day hiatus from the gym because of a stupid cold, get back to the gym and actually up my normal workout, I can do this!

I wasn't going to do this challenge since I've been trying to go scale-less for a while, but since I'm refocusing my fitness and nutrition goals I'd like to see how far I can get by Memorial day!

Oh man I am sooo excited!! I have just been running for a set time on my treadmill for the last couple months and never really knew how far I was going (since I knew for sure I my treadmill is not right on distance from past experience). Well yesterday I took my run outside and I ran over 3 miles!!!
(according to google pedometer) I only ran for 30 minutes which means I ran a little faster than a 10 min mile!!! :cb: |
Count me in to!! I didn't make the spring challenge :( So I need to buckle down and start another!!

Okay, so I finally took myself to the gym and hopped on the scale. It's been a few days since I started counting calories, (and I have a pretty substantial amount to eat each day so I doubt I have lost much.)
Scale says 142.something. I just rounded it up to 143, because, you know, flukes and such. So, I still want my goal to be under 140. I think my goal is going to be 135 and stay until after memorial day (If I get to 135 faster and have to maintain for a while... good! Maintaining is what I have the most troubles with) Keep your spirits high, lovely ladies! |
Oh I want to join too! I do my official weigh in on Sundays..but I still get on the scale every morning. I would like to lose 18lbs by Memorial Day. Thats a little less than 2 lbs a week...I can do it! Good Luck everyone!!

Well yesterday wasn't my greatest day...I had some extra calories putting me around 1600 so I don't think too much damage was done. I'm going to try to work out extra today. I hope everyone is doing well on the challenge!

I'm moving right along. My starting weight, 147.2, was a false weight that day. I must have been a bit dehydrated or something, because I had been around 148, then I dropped down to 147.2, and jumped back up to 148 the next morning and have lost more steadily since. So, I'm quite happy with my current weight :) SW: 147.2 CW: 146.8 GW: 140 |
If it's not too late I'd like to join, I feel like I am stuck between the same 3 lbs. I have been working really hard the last two weeks and nothing. I sure could use the motivation and the support to stay focused. I have a vacation to go home in June and would love to be lighter!

Thanks cynthialynn0313, utgirl09, and fashinjunkie09! I tend to lose weight in a woosh and hover way. I'm wooshing now, and I'm sure a hover is coming, but for the moment I'm really enjoying this rapid loss. :)
