I've been counting calories alll week and exercising so I decide to weight myself. To my surprise, I lost 2 lbs in a week! Maybe I'll hit my memorial day weight before memorial day!

I've not lost this week, in fact I've gained 0.4 and I don't know how. I've definitely not been eating too many calories as my week average is 1370 and also I've done cardio 4X this week and done 1X strength training. I have no other explanation to this except that I must have weighed in dehydrated last Sunday and now I have water retention from the strength training. I do feel somehow slimmer, so maybe I've lost some fat :)

I'm going to try and post on Sundays (my official weigh-in day). Anyways, total loss of 8 lbs since the challenge started. I think the HUGE loss was a bit of water weight and of course the woosh fairy (plus I started running this past week).

Congrats for all the losers...keep up the great work! For those that didn't lose or gained a bit, don't worry we all have off weeks...just stay on plan and you'll eventually get to goal! Hope everyone has a great week. :)

hmm. my weight is coming off faster than expected! I weighed myself a million times today to make sure the scale was right. It said 191.2-191.4 for the last 2 days. Which means I've lost 5 lbs in 3 days. Is that even possible!?

My previous goal weight for memorial day was 189, but I think i'll change it to 175.

Well I only lost 1 lb last week...Its my fault...We had friends over Saturday night and I drank way too much. I ate OP all weekend...but I got caught up in the fun...It definately won't be happening next weekend! I think I'm going to weigh in again on Wednesday in hopes of a better number.

Morning! I would like to join this challenge. I am new to 3FC and this will be my first challenge.

I weigh myself daily, but my official weigh in day is Monday. This week my goal is to stay on plan, decrease coffee intake and increase exercise. I can do it!

I joined the challenge mid week, but I am down 1 pound since starting- 198. Yay! And I just got back from the gym and its been a great day. April 1st marks 1 month of faithful working out and eating right, and also marks an 11 pound loss (maybe I can squeak out 12 by then). I am soooo very proud of myself, as I NEVER stick to anything. This is the time I am going to do it, with all of your support, of course! Nice job on all the losses ladies, and everyone keep up the hard work!

I've lost a total of 15 so far. The no loss from yesterday to today, but I think it has something to do with my slimfast diet. I think I may need to bump up the calorie intake just a bit. Averaging about 1,100 cal/day. For me, I think that may be too low.

I usually weight myself with my wii and a weight watchers scale, they are always pretty close to each other. Well i'm telling everyone right now, don't weigh yourself with the wii balance board if the batteries are low, it said I only lost a pound and when I reweighed myself it said I gained 4 ounces.

Feeling a little discouraged today. No loss again. :dunno: Actually a little bit of a gain because of water weight. My hands and feet are so swollen :shrug:

Hopefully I get out of this funk soon and can keep up with my Memorial Day Challenge. :lifter: I like your reward idea Megsss94! I don't know what my reward will be, hadn't even thought of that. :goodscale:

-- official weigh-in, and i'm finally back in the 180s. this time i'm not going higher again! i find the pattern with me is, i lose a couple pounds, then i go back up, then go right back down to the weight i was when i lost the weight. soo annoying. easter is this sunday, and i'm fasting (no meat) until then, so hopefully i get to 187 before Sunday!! that'll be my off day for the week, because there'll be a lot of food and i don't feel like calculating everything, but it'll all be healthy & in moderation! i'll have lots of fruits & veggies beforehand!!

This week was pretty good. Lost 2 lbs (all by Tuesday) and have been hoovering around 166/167 since then. Only 12 lbs to goal, I think that'll be doable by memorial day. Congrats on everyone's progress, happy holiday, and hope everyone has a lovely week!!!
