This has been such a bad week for me.... I'm afraid to get on the scale! I feel bloated and fat...hate that feeling. I haven't been the gym once this week and have been eatting everything in sight. Time to start fresh tomorrow. I'll be at the gym first thing in the morning.

I thought I was 165 when I started this challenge but I was actually around 168. Weighed in today after my one month break from the scale and I'm down to 163! So 5lbs for the second half of March is pretty good!

Wow everyone is doing awesome! I on the other hand had a huge gain (mostly water weight I hope) but for yestrday's WI I was higher than when I started this challenge!

On the up side, this morning I'm already 159.6 so I'm hoping to see 156 next Monday as last week's wonderful WI was 157.3 but we shall see... Hope you ladies have a great day!

So I guess this started two weeks ago- but I'm going to hop on! The April Challenge is giving me great motivation so I want to have another goal!

-- honestly, i've had a few off days because of fasting for easter and feasting for easter! but i maintained my weight.. today's official weigh-in stated i was 188-189.. so not bad! i'm trying to aim for 186-187 for next friday, because saturday i'm diving right back into counting and not just 'guessing' that i'm eating well :P

I'm still averaging 1lb/week, but it seems to come in cycles of no loss for a week, then a whoosh, then no loss, etc. But as long as it keeps going down, I'm happy! I can't believe I'm so close to goal!!

I lost 2 pounds this week. This is very welcome because I did not lose any weight last week. I have officially lost a total of 20 pounds since I started in February!

-- i'm very jealous of everyone close to goal! congrats girls!
-- i kept maintaining, but i tried eating 1400 calories yesterday instead of 1500 (turns out i only ate 1200) and i went down half a pound :) so i'll try eating a goal of 1400 for the next few days, then if i 'stall' go back to 1500 and keep changing every few days this way i wont stall and i'll continuously keep losing... because i REALLY want to hit my goal :)

Down 3.1 pounds from last week, which is about what I expected considering this was my first real week back on plan and that last week was TOM. I doubt I'll actually make it to my Memorial Day goal, but I'm going to push as hard as I can to get through the 160s as fast as possible. My wedding is only 14 weeks away - yikes!!!

-- woo, feel so proud of myself :) yesterday was a good day staying on track (except a couple chips w/ my cousin but i didn't have half a bag!!) and i was getting hungry within 2 hours of going to bed, so i had a small banana and strawberries cut up :) BUT this was after doing the 30 day shred! so i still lost half a pound :) hope to see 187 before Wednesday (official weigh-in)

-- only 12lbs to go :) i believe after this weekend, when school and exams are finally done, along with me moving into the basement suite (and being able to cook alone and not be tempted by my family's cooking which isnt as healthy)... will hopefully get me to my goal weight before may 30!! that'll put me at 27lbs loss.. and at my lowest weight that i could ever remember within the past 5 years!
