Sorry - I've been a bad kid! Moving has been really stressful, and I've needed sleep more than getting up early to go to the gym. Hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow
Sorry, my birthday was on Wednesday (my 21st) so we had a week of festivities! I did get TONS of walks in though, we were in NYC for two days!!! I'm taking a few rest days so my feet and legs can stop hurting.
Well, I'm up to 7/23. I'm walking again tonight so I'll be up to 8/23 by tomarrow. I plan to walk everyday this whole week. I ran alittle last night, so that felt good.

Lol Snow, it's ok! Thanks for the bday wishes Good job keeping up with your walking! Tomorrow I'm going down the shore so I plan to walk around on the boardwalk all day! I'm also going spinning tomorrow morning.
Okay, I mean it - now I'm back on track It's taken me longer to adjust to moving than I thought it would, but that's okay - we're mostly unpacked now and I was finally able to go to bed early enough to make it to the gym this morning! I got in my 30 minute run/walk C25K workout and I'm going to do my planks tonight. And I'm going to be a good kid and do all the rest of the workouts so that I can still get my carrot

gosh, last night I freak'n could not talk my walk! I want to watch my brother, I couldn't leave him home alone. So I'm going to walk today, not now, becuase I'm too tired.
