I can't even imagine being under 200 ... it's been since ... I would GUESS 2004? I can't wait! Sometimes I wish time would just go by extra fast just so I can get there ...
Just did my weigh in, and I'm down to 208 finally! I've been stuck at 210 for the past week eating too many calories.
I seem to have these 'binge days' that last 4 or 5 days at a time where my weight just gets stuck, but afterward the scale flies downward!
So I only have 8 more lbs to go til I am finally out of the 200's, and I am so excited.
Actually, Since hitting about 215 my self confidence has gone through the roof, I wear tighter shirts, I feel pretty, I go out without makeup.... it's amazing. I can't wait to see what it feels like to go out under 200!
WI today. I hope to hit the high 220s officially. I was 229 for a doctor's appointment monday, but that doesn't count, They are still using those archaic slider scales but are getting digital with the records, am I the only one seeing an issue with this?
Well at least they can tell you your weight by candle light if all power was lost and there was no backup... O.o...
Those dr scales are horrible, I went for a pap smear & checkup yesterday and it registered me as 216. I was wearing shoes and a jacket and stuff though, so I'm sure that doesn't help.
I hate the scale bouncing, so I honestly went to weighing about once a month. That way it's not depressing. Though I've switched to once a week now I guess because I wanted to participate in the BL Challenge.
206.2 after overindulging over the weekend and ToM. Very happy about that.
My dietician uses that archaic slider scale and on carpet! How does that give an accurate reading? My neurologist uses an analog scale on tile and it somehow says I'm two pounds less than my digital home scale. I like his better. :P
Yes, my doctor's office still uses the slider scale too!! I don't understand it!! Oh well, it sounds like everyone is doing great!!!
Chris - You are soooooo close!!! I'm sure you will get to onederland soon!!!
I "officially" weigh in once a week, (on Monday mornings) but I find myself stepping on the scale a few times a week to see where I'm at. I'm just getting started so I guess I'm just trying to see what is going to work well with my body and what isn't.
It sounds like everyone is doing great!! Keep up the good work!! You all will get there soon!!!!!! xoxo
Well, I was once an active poster, and then I kinda got busy, and gave up this thing. I lost about 40 extra pounds on my own time, but now that I am so close to onederland, I figured I'd join in on this little thread and get some support.
