By some miracle, I was still 228 this morning. Even after gorging on CARAMEL FILLED COOKIES, SUSHI, YAKISOBA, A RIDICULOUSLY HUGE SLICE OF CAKE, and CHICKEN PARM this past weekend.
I'm back on track today with a delicious turkey sandwich for lunch stuffed with veggies! Also last night I completed W1D3 of c25k, and I'm looking forward to moving on to week 2!
I've been in the 220s for forever! It's only been very recently that I've even seen a number lower than 220. These 20 pounds are going to be the hardest to lose. Once I get over the hump, any extra poundage I need/want to lose will be cake. Unfortunately, it's my ToM, so I can't get an accurate scale reading until I'm sure it's over.
I think I'll still be able to make my 4/30/10 goal of 199lbs. I just have to really push myself the rest of this month and all of next month.
QTest (I forgot your nameee, sorry) - See! Six pounds gain was a lie! It's ok to indulge in a few drinks every once in awhile. You need it. And, you're almost there!
I want to see this 2 gone by the end of the month. That would be GREAT. I think my TOM is this week. Since I've been working out, my TOM is late by like a week Wah.
I know!! I was very excited to not see 212 on the scale when I weighed in yesterday. Ugh! I'm staying very OP this week in hopes of at least getting back down to 206!!
i feel like ive been mia lately, even though i've been gone for only a day. this cold is kicking my butt and makes the days seem a lot longer. lol i am down to 206.8 this morning, so only 7 more pounds to go!! it's good to see that everyone is doing good on getting out of the 200's and welcome to the new faces!! this morning i was able to fit into my "skinny" jeans without having to fight! granted they are size 38 (in mens, i don't like womens cut for jeans), i literally haven't worn them for at least 9 months or more.
I'm at 203 and while I'm going out tomorrow AND Saturday for drinks, I will keep it to red wine and water and no munchie-food! Wish me luck, guys! lol.
i am finally close enough to feel right about joining this thread. i got over a little plateau a few days ago and feel on track with my dedication to the gym and fitting in to 16s comfortably (that was big motivation). so i think i can be back to onederland by mid june, conservatively. 7 years ago i was in the 190s, but i think with all the exercise, my body will look even better in the 190s this time around.

like a week and a half ago i got out of the 220s for the first time in YEARS!!! i feel like a whole new woman. seriously, it was a huge boost of confidence and motivator for me.
i hope the last 20 are not as challenging for you as you predicted.
i'm hovering in the 200s and i want out. this is the highest i've ever been (except for when i was pg with either of my kids i got as high as 222)
i put 10 pounds on in the past few months and i want to get it off and back into the 190s so i can see the 180s
201.4 this morning! I can TASTE 199, lol. I weighed in at 199 once over the weekend but I was stark naked and hadn't eaten in like 6 hours so I don't count it until I can maintain it for a day, hahaha. Come on, 199! I CAN SEE IT!
