So I was at 206, then yesterday went up to 208.
*sigh*
Although like StuffedBunny it's TOM AND I think I need
to drink a bottle of metamucil.
Damn you, colon! Har har :P

Not to mention I am disgustingly bloated today.

Gaaaaah - Anyone know any quick fixes for getting rid of bloating?

I'm only 5'0 tall so when I get bloated I literally can go up an entire size.

Then my tummy deflates and the universe goes back to my normal pant size.

Angry - Getting a good cardio workout and sweating and also drinking lots and lots of water. Also - upping your fruits and veggies for fiber!

What do you ladies findthe best work-out for our size?
I want to start doing cardio but I'm not sure where to start.
I almost thought doing sprints up hills and such, or too extreme?

See, it just took a little time,

I use a treadmill for cardio, but then again, I am not quite ready for sprinting up hills!

I'm with you on that Bunny, I am definitely not viewing tonight's WI with positive thoughts. But I am going anyhow. Just hold on and keep going, periods stop some time.

I don't really do any cardio right now, (with the exception of running up/down hills hang gliding every other weekend) so I really need to step it up.
For the 3rd day in a row I am at 208. UGH!!!
Need to shake it up!!
I was looking into some cardio kickboxing classes in my city but they are all so expensive! And I do have a rather strange schedule (up at 3am, at work by 5, off by 2:30 most days, 1-2 week days I work a part time 2nd job till 10pm)
Hmmmmmmm.

Anyone have any ideas?
Or even any tips or tricks to give my metabolism a kick in the you-know-what? :P

I work tonight, but Thursday after work I am going to do -something-. Whether that be sprinting or even just going for a light jog, or really long walk.

I basically maintained (lost .02 pounds) this week. I think it was lack of planning and I was going out with friends and I should have eaten before doing so instead of trying to guess what thing would be the least damaging. And I didn't really exercise as much as I should have.

This week I definitely need to write out what I want to eat. It involves way more soup.

Ok... 199.8 this morning. A little heavier than yesterday but my eating was not good yesterday. oops. Dad was in town and took me out for dinner and where he wanted to go didn't really have healthy choices available. Oh well....

I am still going to stick around here until I know I am clear of the 200s!

Awesome kabaker! Finally!

I've set a new goal to be under 200 by my birthday next month. I may not reach it but setting a deadline for myself, I'll be working hard as **** to get there! I'll have to lose about 3.5 pounds a week to make it happen...wish me luck.
