Last night I had grilled apple-maple bbq chicken with steamed broccoli and carrots

Tonight I had baked "ranch" chicken strips (a little olive-oil spray and a little ranch-seasoning) with italian veggies and a couple homemade pita chips with hummus while we were cooking.

Mmmm. I made croissant sandwiches:
mini croissants from BJs (90 cals)
1/2 cup egg beaters (60 cals)
1 slice cheese (45 cals)
2 slices turkey bacon (70 cals)

TOTALLY YUMMY.
My healthy version of home fries didn't turn out too great though. I should of bought the bagged stuff. :x

i made oven fried chicken by dipping some chicken breast into egg beaters and then regular breadcrumbs and baking at 400 for 25 minutes. I seasoned it with some grill seasoning. I also made some asparagus and mashed potato. The whole meal clocked in at 346 calories!!

I had chicken stuffed with spinach, mozzarella and turkey. Brussel sprouts thinly sliced and cooked in the oven with TONS of spices. And some leftover pasta with melted FF cheddar cheese. Yummy!

I had something really yummy last night.

Ground Turkey Taco Salad

I found these tortilla chip bowl things... and they are only 180 calories plus they are smallish (perfect actually) to help you control portion size. I browned ground turkey with onions and peppers. Then added taco seasoning and pinto beans. I really recommend the beans they gave it something extra! Then I warmed up the taco bowls, filled them with lettuce, topped with meat mix (8oz), cheese, light sour cream, taco sauce, and olives. OH MY!!! I had to stop myself from feeling guilty all night because it tasted like a cheat meal. My bf LOVED it too... said it was the best thing I've cooked thus far (doesn't say much lol).

I added all the ingrediants together on my bodybugg website and divided by 4 servings.... 43.7 g - Protein, 27.4 g - Carbs, 14.7 g - Fat, and only 435.7 Cal

It's a little high like to keep my dinner calories around 300 but... DEF worth it.

I had venison chops with a small baked potato w/ ff sour cream and steamed brocolli. It was so delicious. Not sure the calorie and fat count since I'm following weight watchers. I had 4oz of meet for 4 points, the potato w/ sour cream was 2 points and zero for the brocolli. Not too shabby!

I love venison chops, my husband boils them and they are fabulous! I think they are probably my favorite meat and they are so lean!

I had a big salad with grilled chicken, Caesar toasted almonds, green olives, and an extra virgin olive oil greek dressing that is sooo fabulous! The dressing is about the only store bought dressing I will eat. I think it's only 50 cals for 2 Tbsp.

Healthy chili verde... it was yummy. Lots of peppers and onions, lean ground beef, kidney beans and a can of green salsa. A couple spices, and it's good to go
