I met my last goal, yay! In fact, I started both the assignment AND the paper, woohoo! Once I actually looked at the assignment, it turned out it was much easier than I thought it would be... So I'm actually basically finished with that; I just have to ask my professor a question about one small part of it where I wasn't sure what he was asking. :p And I came up with an idea for the paper pretty quickly and wrote an introduction for it, and I'm pretty sure the rest of it will come pretty easily. I'm so proud! :D

Hmmm, I don't know what to make my goal today! I did really well with cutting my sugar last week - I think it made a huge difference in my weight loss - so I think I'll just do the same today. Stick to healthy foods, less sugar/carbs, more protein, etc. I'd like to see how long I can ride the crazy weight-loss train that I somehow got on last week!! ;)

My goal today is to do another Week 1 30DS circuit!!!! Cuz I usually dont' do cardio on Mondays

My goal for today is to finally get back on track after surgery. I survived my first week back at work so I should have no more excuses.

Specifically for today:
1) Don't binge
2) Eat on plan
3) Finally get in some exercise (stationary bike or weights, doesn't matter at this point because the comfort eating and non-exercising that I've been doing lately have been doing NOTHING for me)

My goal today is to go to the gym on my lunch hour and to not overeat/consume mindless calories tonight.

I'm going to a work party and there's going to be healthy options there, but also some very unhealthy ones too! Stay OP!

I met my goals for yesterday! (Minus the grocery shopping, bc I didnt go, and the 30ds. I havent gotten it in yet :( )

My goals for the day are:
to go for another workout with my trainer this morning,
to remember to pay rent
to keep track of all my food intake/points
to make a grocery list with points in mind (and to stick to it when I go shopping!)


Does anyone write on stuff with a Sharpie the point values of stuff?
I'm thinking that when I get home from grocery shopping, I might do that to everything in my pantry that doesnt have a point value on it.

OH!

Star I know how tough Linguistics can be, I'm a Health Communications major, and I had that class last semester. (Our Dept Head taught it... not fun!) I'm sure that you will pull through and do great!!

:( so instead of going to the gym this morning, I slept through my alarm. I'm disappointed. BUT, that just means that I get to spend quality time with my fiance and his best friend at the gym tonight. I have been OP today. (It's been SO easy!!) Even after having lunch, I STILL have 19 points to go. I'm worried that I may not get all of them in. We'll see later on today! I have to run by the bank and pay rent before I get to work! Later!

I did not stay OP yesterday - I went up to 1575 in calories, instead of staying under 1400.
Today I will stay under 1400, go to the gym, and start plugging away at a job search:)
