So I didn't manage to meet my today's goal (darn! went totally overboard with snacks)......but hey......tomorrow is a new day.....starting anew :)
So the goal for tomorrow is not to be tempted by any easy snacks and not to eat my bad feelings away, but deal with them in some other way! Yay! :D |
I met yesterday's goal and I am leaving for lunch in less than an hour! The restaurant we're going to has a really yummy salad bar, so I'm golden! ;)
I feel like setting another goal for today--I keep feeling tempted to give in to all the junk that's in my house (cuz I'm home for Spring break, and my family eats utter crap), so I'm going to aim not to eat ANYTHING outside of the foods that are "mine"--i.e. I will not lay a finger on any of the cake, cookies, chips, sugary cereals, etc that are my mom's or my brother's... Only the foods that *I* picked out at the grocery store yesterday, that have already been pre-approved for my consumption! :lol: Hehe. |
TO STAY ON PLAN!!! And to drink lots of water. I want the scale to stay down tomorrow....or the same. NO GOING UP!

To not get down on myself- I took my measurements this morning because I fell smaller, but the scale hasn't budged. I thought I must have lost inches- but no:(
I need to remember to trust the process today- and I didn't get this way in one week so I'm not going to lose it all in one month:) |
1. to run a 12min 30sec mile (4.8ish)
2. to not keep dwelling on yesterday and sabatog all my hard work. |

So I didn't reach my goal yesterday. Was SO lazy! My goal today is to do my 30DS and my weights.

To step foot in the gym and do my strength training excercises and cardio.
To be followed by coming home and cooking some filling meals for the week. |
