Ok, so I didn't quite make goal yesterday because of some OP eating - damn DH and his stash of Max Mix (uber delicious single serving Italian tiramisu type goodies) - BUT I did only have one. It could have been sooooooo much worse! AND, I kicked a$$ on The Dreaded Bike.
So, today my goal is to stay OP and avoid all the St. Paddy's Day goodies that will inevitably be lurking around the office AND to return to The Dreaded Bike for a 60 minute session. |
I made my goal yesterday......all but the strength. I literally forgot! LOL. I had to get my groceries before DD woke up at the sitters. Whoops! So my goal today is.....
tanning, strength, Zumba/cardio (whichever I can do) and 30DS!!!!!!! |
my goal: I will not get up and get a snack from the kitchen. It is 9pm and much too late. Being slightly hungry is a good thing and normal. Much better than feeling stuffed on junk I didn't want in the first place.
