bejeweled make it to the gym?

kayley good luck on your submission. i will be looking out for our own 3FC TV star!!!

tara i'm trying desperately to find exercise on demand. i have on demand but don't see anything for exercise on demand. could it be a state thing? in louisiana we have charter communications. i want it SO bad! they're voting on a new challenge now in that thread that bejeweled posted up a bit. come vote! we can be in it together!

star i pmed you! Thanks

cake one of my friends on here, Tanee, takes belly dancing. Is it fun? I am so self conscious i feel like i would look silly

hwga that's awesome!!! an interesting approach to weight loss...lol

bl keep us posted about your apartment hunting. and good luck on the cute boy! sounds like a fun weekend planned

As for me, down another .5 pound so I'm excited about that. I've decided to just stick with the court ordered child support. Why should I worry about him being arrested? Why should I worry about anyone besides my daughter? I don't know if I believe that he is as broke as he claims to be. I know he threw darts two nights ago. How can he do that if he is so broke? I'm struggling, busting my *** for myself and my daughter. I'm barely treading water. I have no time to myself, barely have time to spend with her and less than no time to spend with the BF. All I would need was his child support and I would be okay with one job...so screw him! I don't care if he gets mad at me. Whew! Ok done. Thanks for everyone's suggestions and help

Hi girls!

Just popping in to say hi and good morning!

I am staying on track with my eating (even below my calories, which I don't like doing...)

My sodium is still too high but I have been drinking a ton of water to help counter-act some of that.

Rehearsals are going well...we are moving fast and are to have the whole thing blocked by friday and off book by monday (WOAH)

School is good too. I like all my classes and the homework load isn't too terrible...

My working out has been on track...I am about to go and get another hour at the gym. It is my goal to make it 4 - 5 hours this week!!

Anyway I am off to the gym, then to class then to rehearsal.

Love you alll!!!

Hey girls....

Taylor- thanks for the love on Facebook! I'm glad you're doing good. I miss you!

Niki- I don't know what else to do! I'm gonna start making my own rules. lol As far as the ex, what goes around comes around. They'll make him pay one way or the other.

Carter- I'm confused, didn't you just move? Yeah, all them boys around me ain the type I'm looking for. They pretty much leave once they realize that I have a brain and um not about to give them what they want. And since when is the best line, "you gonna be my baby momma" start being popular!!! Is that suppose to be making me feel special? Um I want to hear juicy stories!!!!

My nose keeps running! I'm ready to climb back into bed. it even has been half the day yet....

Cake – I think I will go with everyone else, then.

HWGA – Hello! How many cals are you limiting yourself to currently? Because you very well may need to up them, so you can kickstart the weight loss again. I was far too restricting before, and I hardly lost. Boo.

Blcarter – Those frosted animal cookies are so delicious. I cannot have them around! Heh. Have a good workout!

NickiRose – So many people try out for the show, but I’m hoping that our video stands out from the ‘herd’ so to speak! It would be so amazing to get on the show. Congrats on the loss. I’m glad you decided to stick with the court-ordered. As you said, worry about your daughter and yourself!

Bjeweled – Congrats on the loss! I’ve heard such good things about the c25k program; I think it’s something I may have to check out sometime in the future. What’s your major? You’re finished after this semester then? That’s exciting!

I was able to go back to sleep, and get about 4 hours of sleep. Luckily, I Just have the one class tonight. Just working on homework until then, I suppose. I’m pretty boring. Haha.

Disgruntle- lol if I would've said that I would be like yeah so I can join you!

Taylor- 29 days! that's so awesome! I'm so proud of you!!!

Bjeweled- My sinusus are the size of Texas! lol I'm proud of you for working out after being sick like you were! I didn't know you were a vegetarian? I've been doing good with me eating, but even with last night 5 pounds in one day. that's what I'm talking bout!

Kay- right now I eat anywhere from 1800 to 2200 but I work out a lot. My dr told me never to go below 1800 and to stay around 2200. But everytime I eat over 2200 I lose weight, so I don't know if I'm suppose to start eating more or not. I have crazy good workouts and am a lot of muscle.... what do you think?

Doctor update: I got some antibiotics, anti inflammatory's, and some muscle relaxors, and to slowly start back working out. He said that I should probably not go for another week, but that if I felt up to it to maybe do like 15-20 min cardio walking.

I am getting ready to go to my bible study for the evening I love my girls they are so encouraging.

I hope everyone is well I have to say I haven't been able to do personals.

disgruntled - to your rant the other day i want to say that you have fought half the battle! you know you make bad decisions/choices in men and you know you arent listening to your gut. so start listening to your gut and trying to make better choices. you will be fine. i was looking at your ticker and at how much weight you have lost. thats all about making good choices and following your gut just do that with men. and i am sure that if you begin feeling better about who you are and the fact that you are worthy of a great guy your new positive energy will attract one.
oh and about the mental facility...yeah i would have to join ya'll if that were the case. yr fine just frustrated.

kayley - i get my BS in sports and entertainment management May 16, 2009. you all will know that date by heart by the time it gets here lol c25k was the only thing that got me losing weight until i started this fat smash diet. i think its a miracle program lol

hwga - i am a vegetarian for 9 days during this detox. all this booty could not have come from just vegetables! i'm a fried chicken, beans and cornbread seasoned with ham shanks, hail from the bbq capital rib eating sistah! lol hence why i am on this site.
i think u should up your calories. i was listening to jillian michaels the other day and she suggested that to someone and it made sense. have you ever tried to figure out how many calories you burn during your workouts and subtract that from how many cals you eat to see where yr range truly is?

Bet nobody would ever guess I am bored at work and don't want to be here!
i concur! and i also feel like every single girl should have a sexy male cook to make healthy meals on demand.

Bee - i'm glad you got meds. did they say what they think is wrong with yr back? i have class on wed nights when my church has bible study i hate that i miss it. have fun

i went to the gym and did an hour of cardio. i felt much better than yesterday so i will attempt c25k tomorrow. gotta give it all i got these last couple days of january. i am off to eat dinner and do some homework and get my life together. i'll peek in later

I have really been trying to be good this week and I'm hoping for a good week weigh in wise this weekend. Last weekend's weigh in was so disappointing for me, so I really hope it goes down again.

I am so sore today from all the heavy cleaning and heavy lifting that went into rearranging my room yesterday. I could definitely feel it in my thighs and my butt, especially. But I still forced myself to go to the gym and do 45 minutes on the elliptical, so I'm proud of myself for that

TAYLOR -- woo!!! 29 days!! That's SO Great! Think of how amazing your voice is going to sound for Parade!!

chele -- good job getting to the gym after doing that housework! I probably wouldn't have!

I'm REALLY happy to say my MOM has starting working out! She's going to the gym regularly and says she's really liking it!! She's done this before, but never really been so gung-ho about it and she seems really positive, so I hope it sticks!! I told her once that I had done 45 mins on the elliptical....she went and tried the elliptical and could only do it for 4 mins so she said she was amazed I could do it for 45, haha! But she went BACK ON IT today (that's a big deal for my mom) and did 7 minutes instead of 4!! I'm so proud of her :-)

I was really sick for the past 2 days, so sorry I didn't check in. My eating was really whatever I wanted, which wasn't much, haha. Luckily it was really only 24 hours of SICK and then 24 hours of recovery. EVERYTHING is covered in ice here, I swear I thought I was on a glacier walking to class today, haha! So I didn't go to the gym but I did do 30DS onDEMAND. I've made good food choices today and had a GREAT time hanging out with friends this afternoon. I have to choose something to make for dinner (always a challenge) but I'm still doing well.

OMG I am so tired. I made it the 30 min plus cool down on the elliptical and my upper body weights. But my body is like "uhm excuse me, I am tired". Two more days of workout and i get a rest day woohoo.

BrieYeah you got a point of trying to add all those points from fuit and veggies. I am gonna plan out a sample day. Plus with my new and improved workout I am gonna see if I have any results on Tuesday. Thanks for all your help

Arts Sorry to hear you were sick. But I am glad to hear you are feeling better. I know how you feel about your mom. I was so excited when my mom started WW with me. I didn't know how long she would stick with it but it has been three months and she is still going strong. I am soooo proud of her. Good luck to your mom

Chele Good Job on going to the gym and working through your "sore".

HWGAHey boo

Taylor Wow congratulations on 29 smoke free days.

Tara I am so excited. I finally checked and I have fitness on Demand too. Yay> I am gonna use it this weekend.

Brie Wow it sucks you gottastart over...but it's awesome you're in there working it out. Congrats on your weightloss.

Carter Don't forget the pictures of your new hair.

If I forgot anyone sorry....I am sort of delirious tonight and not to mention tired

I finally made it to the end. I am running out of note cards here. and still I might forget something. Hope everyone enjoys reading the "novel" i am about to write. I tried checking the site at work, but when boss seems to have eagle eyes and "camera vision every time I tried. All for what? so I could interview a co-worker for a newsletter?

Okay I am back. Where to start...

Nicki - as soon a I type up the recipe I will send it to you.

Taylor - 29 days smoke free. Awesome. My friend tried and lost after 3 days. I use the word "tried" loosely. Way to go on making time for the gym. You are a no excuses kind of girl.

Disgruntled - you had me cracking up on your thought of the day. But it would make life so much easier. Could it be attached to the EASY button from Staples? That would be nice.

Bjeweled - you had to mention fried chicken and cornbread. Haha jk. I must contain myself. There are reasons I am staying away from my family in North Carolina while I am on this journey. Just add collared greens and I am home. Okay bad Alana.

Cake - yeah get out of there. Its worth it to drive a little ways for something you like doing and motivates you. Is there anything you don't do? And you wonder why you are an inspiration.

HWGA - attack of the conspiring scales. Homeland Security needs to get on this STAT!

Carter - Like everyone said good luck with the apartment. I too am with my parents. Saves me money, but I cant wait to get out.

arts - Glad your mom is getting to the gym. I have been trying to get my mom to go. The dust on her workout shorts have dust on them. That is how long its been. I think she is waiting for me to do it so she can see that it all pays off. Hopefully she wont have to wait too long.

Everyone else not mentioned above -

Made it to the gym after work. This guy that works there always comes to say hey when we are working out at the same time. We chat in a sarcastic/third grade i hate you but I like you/ may be some tension building kind of way. Somehow I still dont even know his name after all of this time (stop laughing hehe). It never came up in conversation and I always think about this after the fact. Anyway we were chatting today and he said that he was getting his certificate for personal training, Then he told me he already has another job at another gym. I need to make my move like yesterday.

You have now reached the end.
