Cake Let us know how the weigh-in goes. I'm sure it will be fine. My bday was nothing special really. My bf took me to a nice spa place where I got full body and facial massage for 2 hours, which was awesome. Then his friends came over for some nice anime movie and Wii games and bad eating. lol. On Sunday, he let me relax... I took my DD to her grandma's although I wasn't working..so we got to be "lazy" and just lay on couch and watch movie..and no chips or bad snacks. heh

Oh we got the cable upgraded today and we now have On Demand! My bf went to pick up the receiver box while I was at work.. This means I can try different kind of workout programs from On Demand! yay!! AND I will be able to record The Biggest Loser, too! (yeah, we got the HD DVR...heh) I'm so excited and I will be playing with the DVR and the tv schedule tomorrow. heh

Today was potluck at work for my b-day and Oh man... I can't breathe.. Oops. Well, I'm def back on track starting tomorrow for sure!

Brie I am glad you feeling better. I did the Fat Smash Diet about a year and half ago. But I kept doing the 9 day detox over so I could lose weight fast and now i can NEVER do that diet again. I think it is why I hate brown now. One thing for sure it does work....I just should have followed the plan instead of doing my way.

Star Hey Star. I got started in boxing because I was always fascinated by it. I thought it was the coolest thing (not to mention I used to fight ALL the time...I didn't start them but I had to finish them). SO I needed to lose weight and why not get in shape doing something I was actually interested in....And that is how all started.

SO last night my BF went out with his friends. They didn't leave until 10 so you know they were not coming back till 1or 2. Anyway I went to bed around 11 or so. I always hear the "deet deet" sound when the door opens but it doesn't exactly wake me up. Anyway at 2AM he comes stumbling up the stairs and al the room making enough noise to wake an effin village!!! So I wake up and am like could you make anymore effin noise...JESUS!!!! He keeps saying "it's so hot in here, it's like a 110 degrees"!. i am laying there thinking what a effin idiot. SO he gets in the bed with "drunk love" I am like get the F*** off of me. i have to get up in three hours (he doesn't have to get up). He keeps on saying I missed you I couldn't wait to get back home...blah blah blah. There is no moral to this story I am just complaining. I told him if he didn't lay the F*** down I was gonna bludgin his eye and stab him in the effin neck with my fingernails!!!" Yeah I was mad. But I mean WTF.

For all you new ppl I am not crazy I am usually pretty upbeat...really ask anyone

bjeweled- I usually can find it at super walmart, and then trader joe's has it but I don't know if you have one of those, but my walmart usually has it...its just not always where you would think...one time it was with the muffin mixes instead of the cake mixes. If you really wanted to you can order it off the web...I think amazon sells it.

Hey girls, I'm back! Last week was crazy busy that's why I wasn't on at all! It's still hard for me to get online during work b/c technically I'm not supposed to, and if I get caught I'm dead meat!!

Anyway, I am down to 141.5!!!!!! I was sooo good last week I can't believe it! I worked out 4 times and ate really well. Except for the weekend I had a ton of pizza but it was homemade so I still feel like it was healthier than like pizza hut or something. It wasn't greasy at all.

Anyway, I am way excited. I already worked out once this week, last night. I am so motivated now that the scale has finally started going down. I want a ticker so bad!!

I woke up last night to my ex calling me over and over again until I answered and he just told me how much he loved me and how he was going to kill himself for like 2 hours! I was very BLAH to him on the phone and not sympathetic at all. He was just trying to make me feel bad and that really almost makes me angry.

So I wake up this morning and my son had gotten into the hot cocoa mix and had chocolate all over EVERYTHING!!
Ok so on a positive note I found this seller on ebay that has all these shoes for sale and they are all brand new, cheap and in my size! I am super stoked
Gonna have to get off my booty soon and do some tae bo...and get ready for my day

Bee- I work with the dad and 2 sons everyday. One son is over operations and the other sales. The mom comes in and does AP and payroll for 2 hours a week. So I'm completely surrounded by them all the time. lol it's different than being in the corporate world for sure!

I have the day off bc we have had half ince of ice and suppose to get about an inch throughout the day so they actually decided to close the office. Thank goodness. I didn't want to work anyways. So now I am trying tofigure out what happened to the bfs laptop and it is driving me nuts. He needs the recovery CD but he doesnt want to have to go up to his moms to get it. Grrr.

I fixed pita pizzas for breakfast. YUM! lol I have parmesean crusted tilapia and chesy brocoli rice. Also very yum. I'veonly lost 1 lb for the last 2 weeks so I am trying to debate if I want to eat a little more bc sometimes I tend to eat less than I should without realizing. Dunno.

Okay...going to find something to do..maybe wash dished or clothes hahaha FUN

Morning everyone!

Well it's almost afternoon I guess. I don't have work tonight until 6 so I get to get up late (although I have a meeting with my thesis advisor at 4) but I gotta get to the store to buy some oatmeal (yum ).

But mostly I'm writing (and even up at all) because I have the worst cramps. I messed with my pill to miss a period last month because I was staying with my bf and boy am I paying for it now. I almost never get cramps now that I started using a divacup but this month... I feel like somethings trying to claw it's way out of there! It's made me really mood swing-y too.
