Chele good job getting up and doing it even if you didnt feel like it!! And yeah youre supposed to fill out your chart everyday and then I think the leader adds it all up and reports it each week.
As for me, I did 40 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins stretching today
Do what you can... they have the "modified" work out. I can barely do a "girl push up" but figured at least TRYING it better than NOT doing. The video has 3 circuits. - cardio, strength and abs. When you feel like you're about to die doing one, that's when you move on... and then you only do it 2 more times.
How long are u supposed to work out to it each day? And how do you know which day you do which thing (cardio, strength, or abs)?

Anyhoo.. I volunteer for the team leader thing, but someone would have to explain to me what exactly I need to do each day/week for everyone.. & thats if no one else wants the job.
Today I did the Hip Hop Abs: Ab Sculptor DVD and 30DS D13L2. It was my first day on level 2. Phew! I was sweating! It will definitely take me a little time to do it well.
I am so pumped that I have been doing really great on my diet for 3 days now! I know that sounds like so little, but I usually cheat a little by now. Yay! I'm so motivated! haha
You do all three every day. You can go up a level (there are 3) every 10 days or whenever you feel comfortable.

How long does it take to do a complete workout on it?
20 minutes....at least for Level 1. I don't know if it goes up in length on Levels two and three though. It really is a good workout in a compact amount of time. Jillian will kick your butt! haha

Hey that's better than not being on a level at all. I'm not saying it's the end all be all.... it's just that as Chele said, it's a very compact work out. It totally kicked my butt on Wednesday night! I didn't feel sore until yesterday afternoon and now I'm really feeling it. I guess it's the cliche saying "no pain, no gain!" It actually feels nice to be sore again.
Personally, I have to figure something out for the days I have work and school (Wed. & Thurs.). I did a 20 min walk around campus yesterday. I couldn't take it after that, we had high gusts (wind advisory) and it was freezing because of the on coming cold front. By the time I got home at 10pm I still had to eat dinner, pack my lunch and get my clothes ready for work.
On the PLUS side. It is my first week completely OP for WW. I know that some people have gotten bigger losses during the first week. Also, I try to only weigh in ONCE a week. Today I just wanted to see if there had been any progress since Monday. I weighed in at 194 (I don't know how many tenths because my scale ran out of batteries and I had to use the analog scale). Today I weighed in at 190.5. HECK YES!!!! Talk about motivation to keep on the right track.
