Monday Jan 13th:

Daily Points Allowance: 23

Breakfast: Kashi bar -3 points

Lunch: Lean Cusines Panini -7 points

Dinner: 1 cup low cal chicken pasta -5 points
3/4 cup of my bf crazy pasta (has a bunch of BAD stuff in it) -7 points

Snack: Puffed wheat snacks w/ lemon & chili powder -6 points (i had a bunch!)

EXERCISE: Run, 3.75 miles (interval) +5 points

Used all my points today :)

I'm driving outta town tonight for a funeral tomorrow :( My hubby's cousin died last weekend. We are staying at his other cousin's house, so god only knows what I'm going to eat!! I really hope I don't screw up and go OP ... we will see ....

Thank you for your condolences. It was a big funeral -- at least 200 people there. Everything went good though.

Ooh, and I love SONIC! We almost stopped there on the way home, but instead we tried som other place called Nations (don't know if you heard of it) It was ok ... Me and my hubby agreed we like SONIC a lot better! :T

So on Wednesday i started off just like I usually do, and then once we got to his cousin's house (that's where we stayed) I had a few beers and they cooked dinner. So I fell off plan Tues night, and ALL of weds! I think I ate enough food yesterday to last me the entire week! LOL But I'm back on plan today.

I've never heard of Nations, but it might not be a restaurant we have around here.

Good for you for hopping right back on plan. I'm trying to get up the energy to work out. Blah. I already had a coffee today, I can't go get another! haha

QuietBallerina ... How do you do it? How do you manage to stay OP over the weekends?? I wish I could ... everytime I try, I usually do good on Saturday, until dinner time, and then screw up Sunday. Today I am starting fresh (LOL! Once again ...) But here was my rundown for the weekend:

Friday Jan 16th:

Breakfast: Kashi granola bar: +3 points

Lunch: Togos Sandwich - I am not sure how many points it was, but I know it's about 800 cals for the whole sandwich ... and I ate the whole thing!

Dinner: 1 bowl of pinto beans w/ salsa: + 4 points

Total Points used : I'm guessing I used all of them, if not more ....

Saturday Jan 17th:

Breakfast: Caldo de res (it's a soup in a clear beef broth w/ chunks of beef and veges -- i added cheese and spanish rice too ) + 12 points

Lunch: Cheetos, 1 fun sized bag: + 4 points

Dinner: 2 corndogs + 8 points

a few beers: 10 points

Total points used: 34

34-22= 12 points over

I have 35 extra weekly points to use during the week, so 35-12= 23 extra points left.

I TOTALLY cheated! We bbq'ed, and I ate whatever I wanted. So I'm not going to bother listing what I ate. I'll probably look like a pig anyway! LOL

I think I manage to stay on plan because one of those days I get to sleep in, which means I skip breakfast. I also still let myself have some of the things I want: chocolate, bread, chips....

(On that note.....check out my crappy eating today. I really wanted fast food today. Thankfully skipped out on that idea, though my other choices just threw my calorie limit out the window)

Monday, Jan. 19th

ugh. I had too much snacking going on today! To make things worse, I think I've gained back some of the weight I lost. I was 156 this morning. I'll re-weigh tomorrow before I move my sad little ticker...

To make things even worse, tonight I went and saw a friend of mine who is in town visiting her parents....she just had a baby 4 months ago and is already back to her tiny little self. She didn't even seem to gain much weight in the pregnancy, she was all belly. :(
